Recently, the 30 mining trucks that have been put into use in Sany Smart Mine have achieved a cumulative unmanned commercial operation mileage of more than 100,000 kilometers, and the cumulative operating earthwork volume has exceeded 800,000 cubic meters, ushering in a milestone new breakthrough!

In the context of the national "double carbon" goal, Sany Smart Mine put forward the core concept of "digital mine, green mine, and smart mine", and created an overall solution for smart mine integrating intelligent equipment, intelligent network, dynamic monitoring, data mining, and operation management.

Since 2020, Sany Smart Mine has put nearly 30 SKT90Ei series unmanned electric wide-body vehicles in Qinghai, Inner Mongolia and other coal mines, of which pure electric mining trucks account for more than 80%, realizing the automatic operation of excavators, mining trucks, loading and unloading areas, etc., and carrying out in-depth cooperation with customers in Inner Mongolia to achieve commercial operation.

As of the end of June 2022, the 30 mining trucks put into use by Sany Smart Mine have achieved a cumulative unmanned commercial operation mileage of more than 100,000 kilometers and a cumulative operating earthwork volume of more than 800,000 cubic meters. It is expected that by the end of 2022, Sany Smart Mine will be able to operate more than 50 unmanned mining trucks independently, and the volume is planned to exceed 500 in the next three years.
