Since the beginning of this year, Sany has been building a number of lighthouse factory projects across the country, promoting the further improvement of the domestic industrial layout.

Dengfeng, Henan, the first intelligent manufacturing industrial park landed

On July 5, with the announcement of Wang Hongxun, Secretary of the Dengfeng Municipal Party Committee, that "Sany Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park officially started", Sany's first intelligent manufacturing industrial park in Henan, Central Plains, was officially launched.

The project is planned to cover an area of 500 acres, with a total construction area of 350,000 square meters and a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. After the completion of the first phase of the project, it is planned to produce 10,000 new energy electric vehicles per yearMixer trucks, dump trucks, cold chain vehicles, sanitation vehicles and other engineering vehicles, with a planned annual output value of 7 billion yuan.

Xiang Ru'an, chairman of Sany Engineering Vehicle Division, said that the implementation of the project is an important milestone in the in-depth cooperation between Sany and Henan, and will also become a model of world-class green and intelligent enterprises, leading the transformation and development of the industry.

Chongqing Liangjiang, add another lighthouse factory

On July 1, Chongqing Liangjiang New Area, covering an area of 700 acres, with a construction area of 170,000 square meters and a total investment of 3 billion yuan, officially started the second phase of Sany Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park.

The first phase of Chongqing Sany Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park, which was put into operation last year, is the first "lighthouse factory" of Sany Group in southwest China, mainly producing excavators. The second phase of the project, which will mainly produce cranes, will be completed and put into operation in one year, and will add another lighthouse factory to the local area.

In Chenzhou, Hunan, the first unit rolled off the assembly line in 100 days

On June 30, Chenzhou, Hunan, three joys came to the door. Less than 100 days before the signing of the project, the Sany Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park project was successfully started, the transition plant reached production, and the first wind turbine of Sany Renewable Energy's Chenzhou base rolled off the assembly line, creating a cooperation model of Chenzhou's fastest speed, highest quality, best effect and largest investment.

On March 7 this year, the Chenzhou Municipal Government and Sany Group exchanged cooperation intentions for the first time, and successfully signed a strategic cooperation agreement of 20 billion yuan on March 17. The Sany Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park project covers an area of about 450 acres, mainly building three production lines of main engine, wheel hub and tower, and the annual output value of the park will reach 11 billion yuan after it is fully put into operation. The project is expected to be delivered in June next year.

All over the country, the project construction is in full swing

In the first half of this year, Sany focused on the transformation of "digital intelligence, internationalization, and electrification", further improved the global industrial layout, and accelerated the upgrading of production capacity.

Zhuzhou, after more than 2 years of construction, the first and second phases of the Sany Smart Steel City project have been capped, the industrial service center has been completed and put into use, and the first three phases of the project have been simultaneously started to exceed 60,000 square meters.

Xi'an, Sany West Intelligent Manufacturing Center project signed, will focus on the key technology research and development of intelligent equipment for construction machinery, the transformation of innovation achievements and product production to deepen pragmatic cooperation, and further strengthen the advanced manufacturing industry cluster in Shaanxi Province.

In Jilin, Sany Renewable Energy Tongyu Zero-carbon Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park officially started, which will create a new highland for equipment manufacturing that is second to none in Northeast China.

Huaihua, Sany Group, Sany Renewable Energy and Huaihua Municipal Government signed a strategic investment agreement to invest 1.2 billion yuan in Huaihua to build a lighthouse factory with an annual production capacity of 10,000 new energy intelligent sanitation equipment and intelligent sanitation robots.
