Shanghai's first 2000KG hydrogen refueling station! Sany undertakes!



Recently, Sany Hydrogen Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sany Group, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Guangtai Hydrogen Energy Technology to build the first 2000KG hydrogen refueling station in Shanghai. This is the first commercial implementation of the overall solution of Sany hydrogen refueling station, which has become another milestone event for Sany's rapid development in the field of new energy.

According to the agreement, Sany Hydrogen Energy will rely on its strong technical advantages to build a 2,000KG hydrogen refueling station in Qingpu District, Shanghai, and plans to build three advanced hydrogen refueling stations in the logistics concentration and transit areas of East China and South China.

In addition, the two parties also plan to carry out comprehensive and long-term strategic cooperation in the construction of hydrogen production and refueling integrated stations, the operation of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, and the exploration and development of heavy equipment application scenarios such as mines, docks, and engineering construction.

According to reports, the hydrogen refueling station will be the first 2000KG hydrogen refueling station in Shanghai, planning to configure 3 sets of 35MPa dual metering hydrogen refueling machines, with an average hydrogen refueling speed of 2KG/min, which can meet the hydrogen refueling service of 300 different tonnage logistics vehicles of Guangtai Hydrogen Energy after completion, and help its future cold chain logistics business in the Yangtze River Delta region.

At the same time, the explosion-proof level of the hydrogen refueling station has reached IIC T4 level, and it will have the functions of automatic control of the hydrogen refueling process, hydrogen leakage detection, alarm and shutdown, etc., which can be used worry-free in the environment of -20~55°C, and the safety is particularly excellent.

At the signing ceremony, Xu Jianzhong expressed the hope that Sany would give full play to its strong R&D strength and the intelligent manufacturing advantages of the "lighthouse factory" to build a "benchmark demonstration station" for Shanghai.

Become the largest hydrogen energy solution provider in China

Hydrogen energy, which is clean, efficient, sustainable and resource-rich, is known as the ultimate energy source of the 21st century. On March 24, 2022, the Chinese government issued the "Medium and Long-term Plan for the Development of the Hydrogen Energy Industry", proposing that by 2035, a diversified application ecology of hydrogen energy will be formed, and the proportion of hydrogen produced from renewable energy in final energy consumption will be significantly increased.
