According to the requirements of the "Guidelines for the Construction of 5G Fully Connected Factories" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, enterprises can build different types of 5G fully connected factories at the production line level, workshop level, and factory level on demand, realize the number of the ten typical application scenarios of "5G + Industrial Internet" at least 5, and explore the formation of new typical application scenarios of "5G + Industrial Internet".

In this factory, Zhejiang Sany Equipment has built a 5G application system architecture of "end, pipe, edge, and cloud", deployed 5G private network and 5G+TSN integration pilot innovative applications in the park and plant, covering a total of 20+ subdivided scenarios in 6 categories, including application equipment interconnection, manufacturing, energy management, visual management, smart logistics, and smart security, and created a 5G fully connected factory for crawler cranes from "one steel plate" to "one complete machine".

After the completion of the construction, Zhejiang Sany Equipment Crawler Crane 5G fully connected factory has achieved a 40% increase in production efficiency, an increase in human efficiency of more than 30%, and a greatly improved level of intelligent, green, lean, humanistic and high-end production and operation.
