Recently, the world's largest green ammonia project - Jilin Da'an Wind and Solar Green Hydrogen Synthetic Ammonia Integration Demonstration Project (hereinafter referred to as "Da'an Project") announced the bidding results, and Sany Hydrogen Energy, a subsidiary of Sany Group, won the bid for 8 sets of 1000Nm³/h water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment, with a total order amount of nearly 60 million yuan, creating the largest order for Sany Hydrogen Energy this year.

With a total investment of 6.332 billion yuan, the Da'an project is located in Da'an City, Jilin Province, and is mainly divided into three parts: photovoltaic, wind power and hydrogen production and ammonia production, which is the first green ammonia project in China and the largest in the world. The project has achieved the first in 6 technologies in China and 3 technologies in the world, and is a key project in Jilin Province in 2022.

As the world's largest green ammonia project, Daan Project has tendered a total of 39 sets of 1000Nm³/h alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production systems. With strong technical advantages, full ecological industry chain capabilities and good scenario-based foundation, Sany Hydrogen Energy successfully won the bid for 8 sets and achieved a breakthrough.

According to reports, Sany Hydrogen Energy 1000Nm³/h water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment has the core advantages of "large hydrogen production, high electrolysis efficiency, high safety factor, fast start-up speed and strong stability". At present, Sany Hydrogen Energy has a full range of alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production system technologies of 2000 standard square meters and below.

Leading the development of hydrogen energy equipment industry

Following the construction of the first 2000KG hydrogen refueling station in Shanghai not long ago, Sany Hydrogen Energy won the largest order this year, demonstrating its technological leadership and strong development momentum.

Rao Hongyu, general manager of Sany Hydrogen Energy, said that at present, relying on the group's R&D and manufacturing advantages, Sany Hydrogen Energy has Sany wind power, hydrogen fuel heavy trucks and hydrogen fuelMixer trucksand other commercial scenario-based foundations, and took the lead in opening up the entire industrial chain of hydrogen production, storage, transportation, and refueling, creating a demonstration application scenario for hydrogen transportation.

At the same time, for the green chemical industry scenario, Sany Hydrogen Energy took the lead in developing electrolyzer devices and overall solutions suitable for ultra-large-scale wind, solar, and green off-grid hydrogen production, helping the large-scale consumption of wind and solar hydrogen in the "Three Norths" region, and contributing to the deep decarbonization of the chemical industry.
