The Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Hunan Provincial People's Government also awarded Mr. Tang Xiuguo the title of "Hunan Provincial Model Worker".

Mr. Tang Xiuguo is a director of Sany Group, president of the group, senior engineer, and has been awarded the honorary titles of "National Outstanding Entrepreneur" in 2010, "China Outstanding Quality Person" in 2013, and "Hunan Governor Quality Award" in 2013.

Mr. Tang Xiuguo graduated from Central South University in 1983, majoring in metal materials.
