On May 17, the Ministry of Emergency Management issued the "Decision on Giving 5 Collective Rewards to 56 Comrades including Bi Hong and the Beijing Fire and Rescue Corps to Turkey Earthquake Rescue Team", because of his outstanding contributions to the earthquake rescue in Turkey, Li Bin, deputy general manager of Sany Group Southeast Europe, was awarded the third class meritorious service, and was the only individual from the enterprise to win the third class merit and above awards in this commendation!

According to the Interim Provisions on Emergency Management System Rewards formulated by the Ministry of Emergency Management and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the rewards of the emergency management system are divided into commendations, third-class merits, second-class merits, first-class merits, and titles. Among them, the standard for recording third-class merit is "outstanding achievements and great contributions".
On February 6, two consecutive 7.8-magnitude earthquakes struck Turkey, causing heavy casualties and property damage.
In the face of the disaster, Sany Group immediately selected the best personnel, equipped with the most sophisticated equipment, and deployed the most emergency materials, fully cooperated with the Chinese rescue team to carry out work, and did its best to resist the earthquake and disaster relief.
Li Bin, deputy general manager of the Southeast Europe region of Sany Group, who was on a business trip to Serbia, returned to Turkey as soon as he learned of the disaster, took the lead in setting up the "Sany Rescue Team" with the support of the whole company, and organized 12 people and 5 vehicles to set off from Ankara on the evening of February 8, divided into two routes, all the way to the epicenter of Antakya to join the Chinese rescue team, and all the way to Kayseri City to establish a logistics team to supplement the materials needed in the front, and rushed to the hardest-hit areas at night.
On the morning of February 9, after driving more than 600 kilometers overnight, the team led by Li Bin successfully joined the Chinese rescue team and was the first enterprise rescue team to dock with the Chinese rescue team.

The arrival of the Sany rescue team solved the urgent need of the Chinese rescue team in a timely manner, not only providing some oil, drinking water, blankets and other materials, helping to ensure the basic living needs of the Chinese rescue team, but also providing convenience and support for the relevant social emergency forces in terms of equipment and materials.
At the rescue site, Li Bin constantly coordinated 42 Sany Chinese and earthwork staff, mobilized 8 Sany equipment, assisted in the search and rescue of 4 survivors, and directly participated in the search and rescue of 1 survivor, which was heartfelt thanks from the relevant departments of the local government and the affected people.
