Recently, in order to enhance the awareness and ability of the whole society for disaster prevention, mitigation and relief, the Gansu Provincial Earthquake Relief Headquarters held an earthquake relief practical exercise in Lanzhou New Area and other places, codenamed "Longyuan Lijian • 2023". Sany Heavy Industry has 3 48-meter long-span high-lifting jet fire trucks, 1 32-meter high-lifting jet fire truck, 1 28-meter strong arm demolition fire truck, and 3 PM45sMulti-functional urban main battle fire truckParticipate in the exercise.

The exercise simulated a magnitude 6.8 earthquake in Lanzhou New Area, Lanzhou, Wuwei, Baiyin, Dingxi, Linxia and other earthquakes were obviously felt, the earthquake caused a large number of houses to collapse, dozens of people were killed, hundreds of people were trapped, some roads, electricity, communications, water supply, gas were interrupted, and secondary disasters such as forest fires, collapsed landslides, dammed lakes, and petrochemical plant leaks occurred in many places.

During the exercise, the firefighters operated a 48-meter long-span fire truck to extinguish the fuel tank, with a maximum working height of 48 meters and a maximum working amplitude of 42.5 meters, which was 3 times higher than that of conventional high-spray trucks, becoming the focus of the audience.

Its flexible folding boom can adjust the end of the boom and the water cannon at a better angle and position, so as to achieve "where to hit", arm cannon linkage, precise spraying, fire extinguishing without dead ends, and greatly improve the efficiency of fire fighting operations.

At the same time, the Gansu emergency equipment team of Sany Heavy Industry also sent 4 professional and technical personnel to form a vehicle equipment maintenance team to fight together, implement technical services to the front line, grasp the use and consumption damage of equipment and equipment in real time, carry out a total of 10 vehicle equipment inspections, and eliminate the hidden dangers of vehicle equipment failures 26 times to ensure that the hidden dangers of failures do not stay overnight, and provide strong support for the combat effectiveness of the exercise subjects to the greatest extent.
