On June 15, Sany Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Jianlong Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jianlong Group) in Beijing. Under the joint witness of Huang Dan, vice president of Jianlong Group, Tang Xiuguo, rotating chairman of Sany Group, Luo Lixin, director of Jianlong Group's Construction Collaborative Innovation Center, and Zhou Difei, general manager of Sany Group's strategic key account department, signed the contract on behalf of both parties.
Jianlong Group is a large-scale heavy industry group with steel as the core, with a complete industrial chain, nearly 7 billion tons of various resource reserves, and 5.4 billion tons of iron ore resources, making it the eighth largest iron and steel enterprise in the world, the fifth in the country, and the second in the country.
According to the agreement, Jianlong Group and Sany Group will give full play to their business and resource advantages and continue to strengthen business cooperation and interaction under the principle of "mutual market, win-win cooperation" and under the existing working system and mechanism of both parties.
Huang Dan, vice president of Jianlong Group, said that at present, Jianlong Group has established a "dual main business" and "four related" development strategy of coordinated development of upstream and downstream, and is at the forefront of the industry in terms of platform digitalization and intelligent construction. Sany Group and Jianlong Group are mutual demand customers in the fields of ultra-low emissions, new energy transportation vehicles, new energy construction machinery, construction steel, special steel, and new energy steel, and have in-depth cooperation.
Tang Xiuguo, rotating chairman of Sany Group, pointed out that as a "steel tailor", the main raw material of Sany products is steel, and Jianlong Group can cooperate with each other in PC components, three-dimensional steel bar processing equipment, new energy transportation vehicles, new energy construction machinery, wind power towers, photovoltaic brackets, optimize the steel supply chain and scrap recycling cooperation, serve each other, and become important partners with each other.
Wu Jiang, executive deputy general manager of Fushun New Iron and Steel, and relevant leaders of Heilongjiang Jianlong, Chengde Jianlong, Jianlong Beiman, Group Logistics Department and other relevant leaders, as well as relevant leaders of Sany Group's business headquarters, heavy truck division and industrial vehicle division attended the signing ceremony.
