Internationally leading! Internationally advanced! 12 scientific and technological achievements of Sany have passed the appraisal

Recently, led by Sany Group, Sany Heavy Machinery, Saute, Lilong and ZTE undertook to complete 12 scientific and technological achievements, including "research and application of key technologies of high-end excavators", successfully passed the appraisal organized by China Construction Machinery Industry Association, of which 3 reached the "international leading" level and 9 reached the "international advanced" level.

The appraisal committee is composed of experts from China Construction Machinery Industry Association, Zhejiang University, Tongji University, Chang'an University, Yanshan University, Nanjing University of Technology, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, China Academy of Machinery Science Group Co., Ltd., National Construction Machinery Quality Inspection and Testing Center and other units.

The experts inspected the production site of the product, listened to the report on the scientific and technological achievements made by the project team, reviewed the relevant information, and after strict inquiry and discussion, they agreed that all 12 scientific and technological achievements of Sany had passed the appraisal, and the overall technical performance indicators reached the level of "international leading" and "international advanced" respectively.

Among them, three achievements, including high-end excavators, SY2600E fully electronically controlled excavators, and adaptive multi-way valves, have reached the international leading level, and 9 achievements, including long-life and high-reliability reducers, high-load and anti-fatigue slewing rings, intelligent power-shift gearboxes, safe and lightweight wet brake axles, high-pressure and high-speed electronically controlled piston pumps, high-pressure automatic variable speed motors, quantitative circulation temperature-controlled rotary motors, high-pressure high-speed impact-resistant hydraulic cylinders, and domestic independent high-precision controllers, have reached the international advanced level.

During the appraisal process, the participating experts highly recognized Sany's independent innovation ability and spoke highly of the innovation achievements, and the appraisal project broke through the relevant key technologies, realized the independent and controllable product technology, and ensured the safety of the industrial chain and supply chain.

All 12 scientific and technological achievements have passed the appraisal, which once again demonstrates Sany's R&D and innovation capabilities and industry leading position, and also provides strong technical and industrial support for the excavator industry. In the future, Sany will adhere to R&D and innovation to promote the high-quality development of enterprises and industries.
