On August 18, the first batch of unmanned electric loaders of Sany Heavy Industry in Yunnan Province was successfully delivered to Yunnan Construction Investment Group, opening the era of unmanned loaders in Yunnan Province.

A total of 7 Sany SW956E electric loaders were delivered. Following the introduction of Sany new energy heavy trucks and new energytip truckAfter a variety of Sany new energy equipment, Yunjian Green Concrete upgraded its intelligent equipment again, becoming the first concrete enterprise in Yunnan Province to introduce unmanned equipment, taking an important step to build a green factory and an unmanned factory.

The Sany unmanned electric loader delivered this time adopts industry-leading differentiated technology, focuses on the loading operation scenario of the loader of the mixing plant, and creates an unmanned electric loader feeding system covering production management, equipment scheduling, intelligent feeding, safety monitoring, data analysis, etc.

The system consists of two core parts: an unmanned electric loader and a cloud-controlled platform. The unmanned electric loader includes functions such as unmanned feeding, automatic obstacle avoidance, yard cleaning, unmanned stacking, etc., and the cloud control platform can realize the functions of material level monitoring, unmanned scheduling, operation monitoring, statistical reports, remote start and stop, remote takeover, status monitoring, alarm and early warning.

The unmanned electric loader obtains the material level information in real time through the material level identification system according to the "operation task", independently plans the feeding path, realizes unmanned automatic feeding, and automatically parks the vehicle after the lack of power and feeds back to apply for manual charging.

While the parking accuracy is greatly improved and the communication response time is greatly shortened, the shoveling efficiency of Sany unmanned electric loader can reach 410 tons/hour, which can save nearly 140,000 operation and maintenance costs, more than 300,000 fuel costs, and 40 tons of carbon dioxide emissions every year.
