Sany Shuozhou Phase I 5GW monocrystalline silicon project

At the just-concluded interim results conference of Sany International, Xiang Wenbo, the rotating chairman of Sany Group, said that Sany Group will lay out all the new industries for future transformation and development in Sany International, including photovoltaics, hydrogen energy, lithium battery equipment, smart mines, etc., and attaches great importance to and highly supports the future development of Sany International, and is full of hope.

At present, in Pinglu District, Shuozhou, Shanxi Province, the construction of the first phase of the 5GW monocrystalline silicon project in Sany Shuozhou is accelerating, and the modern plant is arranged in an orderly manner, with steel splashes and machine tools roaring.

The total investment of the project is 1.2 billion yuan, with a planned annual production capacity of 5GW of monocrystalline silicon rods, an annual output value of 2.2 billion yuan, and an annual tax contribution of 300 million yuan. Up to now, 85,000 square meters of high-standard customized plant has been completed, and the monocrystalline furnace equipment has been installed in the factory, which is expected to be completed in mid-September.Warehousing and logisticsThe plant has been ready for use, and the production factors such as power supply, gas supply, and heating have been guaranteed in place.

Sany PV 5GW plant construction project

On the construction site of the Zhuzhou Sany PV 5GW plant construction project in Qingshuitang, Shifeng District, workers are also sweating like rain, busy and orderly.

The project plans to have a total construction area of about 187,000 square meters, and build a 5GW solar cell production line, including battery workshops, equipment workshops and supporting facilities. After the completion of the project, it will rely on the experience accumulated by Sany Group in the field of equipment manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing to effectively improve the production efficiency of 5GW solar cells.

Sany Sanitation Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Project

Located in Huaihua High-tech Zone, Hunan Province, Sany Environmental Sanitation Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Project, has basically completed the pile foundation construction in August, will implement the joint plant foundation construction and main steel structure customization, plant road and pipe network construction, etc., is expected to complete the joint plant construction delivery by the end of the year.
