On October 18, the opening ceremony of the 3rd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation was held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, and President Xi Jinping attended and delivered a keynote speech entitled "Building an Open, Inclusive, Interconnected and Common Development World". During the summit forum, Xiang Wenbo called on Kenyan President Ruto, who came to China to attend the 3rd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, and participated in the Belt and Road Entrepreneurs Conference, the 3rd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation High-level Forum on Connectivity and other related activities.

During the summit forum, President Xi Jinping and Indonesian President Joko Widodo jointly unveiled the official opening of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway.

Behind the flagship project of China-Indonesia cooperation on the Belt and Road Initiative, which the two heads of state personally care about and promote, is more than 500 sets of Chinese Sany equipment chasing stars and moons.
