Joint venture factory! Sany signed a memorandum of understanding with Uzbekistan Ente Group

Recently, Bakhtier Fazilov, Chairman of Enter Engineering Group of Uzbekistan, visited Sany Changsha Industrial Park, and talked with Xiang Wenbo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Rotating Chairman of Sany Group, and Chairman of Sany Heavy Industry, and the two sides exchanged views on joint ventures and strengthening pragmatic cooperation in multiple fields, and signed the "Cooperation and Memorandum of Understanding on the Construction of the Whole Special Vehicle Production Line Project in the G'allaroro Special Industrial Zone".

Boboev Nodir, General Manager of G'allaoro Special Industrial Zone, and Cao Te, Deputy General Manager of Sany Group and General Manager of Commercial Vehicle Intelligent Manufacturing Company, signed the memorandum of cooperation and understanding on behalf of both parties.

Ente Group is one of the largest energy construction contracting companies in Uzbekistan, covering mining, oil and gas business, infrastructure, wind power, photovoltaic and so on.

According to the memorandum, the two parties will jointly build a plant in the G'allaoro Special Industrial Zone in Uzbekistan, which is planned to be mainly used for the production of tractors,Mixer trucks, dump trucks and other equipment, with an annual production capacity of 2,000 units, covering an area of 48,000 square meters. In the future, construction machinery products will be added.

At the symposium, Xiang Wenbo extended a warm welcome to Bakhtier Fazilov and his entourage, expressed his heartfelt thanks to Ente Group for its support to Sany Group, and introduced the operation of Sany Group in recent years, as well as the globalization, digital intelligence and low-carbon transformation strategy, and said that based on the market demand in Uzbekistan, it is necessary to build a joint venture factory, and look forward to further cooperation between the two sides in photovoltaic and other fields.

Bakhtier Fazilov expressed his gratitude to Sany Group for its warm reception, introduced the demand for engineering equipment in the Uzbek market and Ente Group, and said that the joint venture between the two sides will not only meet the needs of Ente Group, but also radiate the entire Uzbek market and other countries in Central Asia, hoping that the two sides can deepen cooperation and exchanges to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

Before the meeting, the turnkey ceremony of special equipment for Sany Energy Equipment was held in Sany Zhilian Heavy Truck Industrial Park, and Yuan Jinhua, Chairman of Sany Energy Equipment, delivered the "golden key" of the equipment to Bakhtier Fazilov, Chairman of Ente Group, symbolizing the friendly cooperation and common development of the two sides.
