The No. 18 lighthouse factory was selected into the list of lighthouse factories in the global manufacturing field released by the World Economic Forum, the factory makes full use of digital twins, flexible automated production, large-scale industrial Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technology, establishes a digital flexible equipment manufacturing system, reduces the number of labor, and reduces the number of workers from more than 2,600 to less than 500, while also improving production efficiency, promoting the expansion of factory capacity by 123%, productivity increase by 98%, and unit manufacturing cost reduction by 29%. It fully demonstrates the advanced level of China's intelligent manufacturing.
