Cohesion and win-win world! The 6th Supplier Alliance Summit of Sany Group was successfully held



On January 26, the 6th Sany Group Supplier Alliance Summit with the theme of "Cohesion and Win-win World" was successfully held in Changsha. A total of 69 alliance suppliers and more than 200 representatives from all over the world gathered here to seek a new pattern of common development.

Xiang Wenbo, Secretary of the Party Committee, Rotating Chairman of Sany Group and Chairman of Sany Heavy Industry, and Yu Hongfu, Director of Sany Group, President of Heavy Industry and Chairman of Sany Supplier Alliance, attended the summit.

Xiang Wenbo affirmed the achievements of the alliance since its establishment and expressed his gratitude to the supplier partners for their support. He said that in the "great changes unseen in a century", although facing many challenges, the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the super technology window of the fourth industrial revolution and the third energy revolution, as well as the huge size of the Chinese market, still create huge opportunities for the development of enterprises.

Xiang Wenbo said that at present, Sany is making every effort to carry out globalization, digital intelligence, and low-carbon transformation, which is inseparable from the support of all supplier partners. At the same time, we should avoid falling into the involution of price wars, but attract customers by continuously improving product quality and providing differentiated products and services. He hopes that everyone will grasp the opportunities of the times, gain insight into customer needs in a timely manner, and work together to build the core competitiveness of products, achieve the ultimate in products, and create a great and new career together through open communication, collaborative innovation, and integrated supply chain.

Yu Hongfu thanked the members of the alliance for their outstanding contributions to the cause of Sany. He said that in 2023, we have witnessed the continuous intensification of the involution phenomenon in the domestic market, and the increasingly fierce competition in all walks of life.

In order to enhance our competitiveness in overseas markets, we must strive to improve the level of spare parts services to meet the needs of overseas customers. This requires us to work hand in hand with our suppliers to go overseas and seek common development. Sany will continue to uphold the cooperation concept of "co-creation, sharing, win-win and common prosperity", and work together with all partners to achieve a win-win situation for the world.

During the summit, Yuan Chunyan, Director of Business Headquarters of Sany Group and Secretary-General of Sany Supplier Alliance, made a report on the work of the alliance for the whole year, and in the past year, Sany and its supplier alliance partners have made many achievements in the fields of high-level mutual visits, overseas development, product development, technology sharing, and technology cost reduction, helping Sany Group to create a number of star products.

Looking forward to 2024, Sany will continue to promote the three core tasks of "building competitive products, building an intelligent supply chain, and building a 100 billion industry alliance", focus on promoting quality improvement and cost reduction, help alliance members build factories overseas, and vigorously carry out six key tasks, including technology sharing, quality improvement, ultimate cost reduction, overseas service quality improvement, overseas delivery acceleration, and digital intelligence empowerment, to help alliance members continuously improve their core capabilities.

Subsequently, Liu Kui, Director of the R&D Management Headquarters of Sany Group, made a keynote report on "Three Modernizations Leading to Create a Win-Win Situation", introducing Sany's successful experience in cooperating with alliance members to develop new products in the past year, and looking forward to future product planning. Su Kai of Intelligent Manufacturing Headquarters made a supplier quality report of Sany Group, introducing the quality performance of suppliers in the past year, and at the same time putting forward higher quality requirements to supplier partners, in order to realize the beautiful vision of "quality changes the world".

In order to thank the supplier partners for their strong support to Sany's cause, Sany awarded 53 awards such as "Excellent Partner" and "Global Pioneer Award" to Hunan Iron and Steel Group and other enterprises and individuals during the summit. On the same day, three important new members of Guizhou Tire, Nippon Steel Yingkou and Zhejiang Yinlun joined the supplier alliance and promised to build a more efficient, high-quality and mature supply chain system with Sany.

Zhou Zhijun, deputy general manager of Guizhou Tire Co., Ltd., Wang Jing, technical director of Hunan Iron and Steel Group, and Su Zongyi, chairman of Zhejiang Suqiangge Hydraulic Co., Ltd., delivered speeches on behalf of the members of the alliance. They expressed their willingness to continue to deepen the strategic partnership with Sany and jointly create value for customers.
