On February 19, Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF) released the ranking of new hoisting capacity of China's wind turbine manufacturers in 2023, and Sany Renewable Energy ranked fifth, with 7.76GW of new hoisting capacity in 2023 and a market share of 10%. This is the third consecutive year that Sany Renewable Energy has been ranked in the top 10 on the list and the second consecutive year that it has been among the top five.

According to BNEF data, China's new wind power capacity will be 77.1GW in 2023, a record high, an increase of 58% compared to 2022. Among them, onshore wind power added 69.4GW, a year-on-year increase of 59%; Offshore wind power added 7.6GW, a year-on-year increase of 48%. 2023 will be the first year that China's wind power market will achieve both onshore and offshore growth after the cessation of subsidies for new wind power projects.

Subdivided into the onshore wind power market, Sany Renewable Energy's onshore wind power hoisting capacity in 2023 ranked fourth, almost doubling compared with 2022.
