Sany Group
On March 11, Sany Group and China Merchants Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing Sinotrans Building. Miao Jianmin, Chairman of China Merchants Group, and Xiang Wenbo, Rotating Chairman of Sany Group and Chairman of Sany Heavy Industry, attended and witnessed the signing. Deng Renjie, Deputy General Manager of China Merchants Group, and Fu Weizhong, Senior Vice President of Sany Group, signed the contract on behalf of both parties. Wang Faping and Zhou Wanchun, vice presidents of Sany Group, attended the signing ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Zhang Junli, assistant to the general manager, secretary of the board of directors and director of the office of China Merchants Group.

According to the agreement, the two parties will take this signing as an opportunity to achieve resource sharing, complementary advantages and build a win-win and sustainable strategic partnership through close cooperation. The two sides will give full play to their respective advantages and carry out strategic cooperation in the fields of new energy industry, digital and intelligent innovation, financial services, integrated logistics, urban parks, global business and management improvement, and promote the balanced development of short-term results and medium- and long-term strategic goals through efficient, pragmatic and innovative cooperation models, so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
