On July 18, the opening ceremony of the 2024 New Star Camp of Sany Group was officially launched, with Tang Xiuguo, rotating chairman and president of Sany Group, Zhang Ke, first director of the Strategic Growth Office, and Zhang Mingquan, first director of the Human Resources Headquarters, presiding over by Hu Jiangxue, president of Sany Institute of Technology.

Tang Xiuguo, on behalf of the global employees of Sany Group, welcomed the arrival of the 2024 new stars, and talked with the new stars about Sany's entrepreneurial story, industry development trend and the company's "three modernizations" transformation from the mission, vision and values of Sany.

Tang Xiuguo encouraged all the new stars to cherish this training opportunity, read more, keep a clear mind, exercise more, and maintain a strong physique; For the training results, we must pursue excellence with extremely high standards, and for the training process, we must face the challenges with a relaxed attitude; I hope that all the students can gain something, and I also wish everyone can grow into the elite of Sany and the pillars of the country.

Zhang Mingquan introduced the training program from four aspects: project overview, training evaluation, work and rest arrangement, and discipline requirements. During the 10-day Rising Star Camp, 19 middle and senior lecturers from the Group will teach the new stars from the three modules of "Knowing Trinity, Understanding Trinity, and Role Turning", as well as English speech contests, a good play, informal talk shows and other activities to help the new stars quickly integrate and grow rapidly.

Zhang Mingquan said that he hoped that all the new stars could show themselves in the training, improve their skills, realize the transformation from campus to the workplace, and make every effort to realize Sany and rely on Sany to realize themselves.
