He has won 1 first prize and 1 second prize of Hunan Provincial Science Progress Award, 1 second prize and 1 third prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award. The product project has been funded and supported by the national major equipment localization project, the national key new product plan, and the major equipment products of Hunan Province.

He Guangling, assistant to the president of Sany Group, president of Hunan Sany Smart New Energy Design Co., Ltd., professor-level senior engineer, expert enjoying special allowances from the Hunan Provincial Government, has long been engaged in the research and development of new energy equipment and power stations such as wind power, photovoltaic, solar thermal, energy storage, hydrogen energy, and microgrid.
