Men are afraid of entering the wrong industry, women are afraid of marrying the wrong man, how to use the right to choose? He made 4 suggestions to Wenbo.


First, the choice should be combined with the needs of the times. Xiang Wenbo said that the so-called times create heroes, and anyone is a product of the times and cannot disobey the trend.


Second, the choice should be combined with your own hobbies. Xiang Wenbo took "Nezha 2" director Dumplings as an example to confirm the importance of the combination of career and hobbies, "Life is a long marathon, you must choose a job and career that you love, and put the enthusiasm of 'never getting tired' into your career, and the probability of success will increase exponentially." ”


Third, the choice should be combined with personal strengths. Many people work hard but don't always succeed, so it's important to discover your potential.


Fourth, when choosing an employment unit, it is necessary to consider whether the platform can carry personal dreams.


Cherish the right to choose and make good use of it. Xiang Wenbo emphasized that when choosing employment, take a long-term view, stop, seek the advice of relatives and friends, understand yourself from another angle, and choose your life track carefully.

At the scene, Xiang Wenbo took the initiative to break the one-way output speech mode, invited students to ask questions, and interacted with each other on topics such as global talent literacy and career development choices.


In response to the question of "core quality requirements for talents in multinational companies", Xiang Wenbo said that at present, Sany Heavy Industry's overseas business accounts for 64%, and it has become a global enterprise in the true sense. Different positions have different requirements for talents, but what is the same is that there must be an international mindset, in other words, localization, and must respect local cultural customs, etiquette habits, religious beliefs and lifestyles, so as to better communicate, communicate and integrate. At the same time, overseas workers represent China's image, and the details of their words and deeds need to be paid attention to.


Is it to change jobs or to persevere? In the face of the phenomenon of young people changing jobs in an average of 2-3 years, Xiang Wenbo gave dialectical advice that if the position seriously deviates from the professional ideal, the loss should be stopped in time, but the decision-making should have a long-term vision. He took Sany through the industry cycle as an example, "When the company faced losses in the last cycle, my business strategy was very simple, that is, to unswervingly make Sany a world-class enterprise. Cyclicality is the characteristic of the industry, and in the long run, construction machinery is an industry on which the sun never sets, which is why I choose to stick to it. ”


Regarding the cost of trial and error that college students are concerned about, Xiang Wenbo pointed out that now is the era of entrepreneurship and innovation, and young people can boldly try and make mistakes in controllable risks.
