According to the rotating chairman system of the group, the board of directors decided that Mr. Tang Xiuguo will serve as the chairman of the group from May 16, 2025 ~ May 15, 2026.
The chairman of the group is the highest person in charge of the daily operation of the group, and fully presides over the daily operation of the group. The chairman of the group should strictly abide by the Sany culture, especially the five cornerstone values of Sany (love the party and the country, integrity and law-abiding, customer first, employees first, and high standards of current affairs), and strictly abide by the rotating chairman system.
