To select the annual list, Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to survey more than 300,000 employees in multinational companies around the world, from more than 50 countries and regions, with more than 1,000 employees. Respondents were asked to answer their likelihood of recommending their company to relatives and friends, and scored the company in terms of benefits, talent training, working environment, training opportunities, etc. In addition, respondents can also rate the companies they have worked for in the past two years, as well as companies they have learned about through industry information or the work experience of relatives and friends.

Forbes analyzed and counted the survey results based on the data of the past three years, with recent data and in-service employees having a higher weight in evaluation. In the end, the 900 companies with the highest scores successfully made the list.

Forbes pointed out that in this year's Forbes list of the world's best employers, Chinese mainland companies performed well, and a total of 53 Chinese mainland companies were selected into the Forbes Global Best Employers list this year. Among them, Sany Group ranks 21st among Chinese mainland enterprises, 480th in the world, and is also the first in China's construction machinery industry.
