Sany Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., recently received the "Weapons and Equipment Scientific Research and Production License" issued by the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, which is valid until January 2021. According to the "Regulations on the Administration of Weapons and Equipment Scientific Research and Production License" (Order No. 521) and relevant regulations promulgated by the State Council of the People's Republic of China and the Central Military Commission, the company has been approved to engage in weapons and equipment scientific research and production activities within the scope of the license.
