Sany Heavy Machinery will give customers the corresponding amount of spare parts compensation according to different models. It ranges from 500 yuan/shift for models less than 19 tons to 2,000 yuan/shift for models greater than or equal to 40 tons.

Extended warranty and free service are not missing

The standard quality assurance period of 19 tons and above medium and large excavators is 18 months or 3,000 hours, in order to bring customers a better use experience, Sany Heavy Machinery upgrades the service commitment, extending the warranty period of 19 tons and above medium and large excavators to 3 years or 7,000 hours; The warranty period of excavators under 19 tons is extended to 12 months or 3,000 hours. The warranty period of the heavy parts is extended to two years or 4,000 hours. The quality assurance period is from the date of delivery to the customer or the cumulative operation time of the machine, whichever comes first (see the "Quality Assurance Statement" for the specific scope and content of the quality assurance).

If the operating time of Sany excavator is less than 10,000 hours, service maintenance personnel are exempted from spot inspection (stipulated 11 point inspections) and maintenance (maintenance in line with the provisions of the "Quality Assurance Statement", and damage caused by force majeure or human factors is not within this scope). ), man-hour and mileage fees incurred in the process of technical rectification by Sany Designation. Within 20,000 hours of excavator operation, 12 free inspections will be sent to designated models, and the working hours and mileage fees incurred during the inspection of service maintenance personnel will be exempted.
