Recently, the Kenyan subsidiary of Sany Heavy Industry in North Africa won the "2016 * Show After-sales Service Provider Gold Award" issued by the General Manager Department of the Mongolia-Nairobi Railway Project.

It is reported that the award is selected once a year to commend service providers that have made outstanding contributions to the Mongolia-Nairobi project. In this year's comprehensive evaluation with the participation of more than ten units, Sany was unanimously recognized and affirmed by China Road and Bridge and various bid section companies, and won the service gold award with a score of 97.45 points for *5656.

Sany is the concrete equipment partner of China's Road and Bridge Mongolia Nairobi Project*5655, with a total of 120 Sany equipment active at the project site. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment, a special service team of "5 people and 2 vehicles" is stationed all year round, "on call" 24 hours a day, and at the same time 3 parts warehouses have been established on the construction site to ensure the supply of goods, providing all-round support for the project in the later stage. During the two-year maintenance period, the service team was well received by all parties for its service efficiency of "quick response and efficient processing", and in 2015, at the after-sales personnel commendation meeting held by the project road and bridge, service engineer Liu Bing was awarded the title of "* Show After-sales Service Worker".

Li Xiangqing, project director of the special service, said that this year is a year of intense and final construction of the Mongolia-Nairobi project, and Sany service personnel have always taken "technology, inspection, training, and communication" as the main service idea, emphasizing strengthening their own skill learning; At the same time, regular inspections and visits are organized to understand customer demands and service deficiencies and improve them in a timely manner. He said that things related to customer satisfaction are what we usually care about.
