On November 12, witnessed by more than 100 industry experts, customers and media representatives, the Sany unmanned palaver group completed the unmanned intelligent construction in the fourth bid section of the Linzi Expressway project. It is understood that this is the first time that Shandong has realized unmanned intelligent construction of expressways.
The accuracy of the operation reaches the millimeter level
At the observation meeting, there were almost no operators. The UAV group composed of 2 Sany unmanned pavers and 6 unmanned rollers jointly carried out the paving and rolling of the middle surface of the asphalt pavement.
According to the R&D personnel, before the pavement asphalt is paved, the system plans the optimal scheme through accurate modeling and data analysis, and sets various parameters such as paving speed, running trajectory, rolling speed, rolling pass, and lap width.
In the process of asphalt paving, Sany unmanned intelligent aircraft group uses artificial intelligence, 5G, etc. to achieve intelligent navigation and whole-process data collaboration, "the movement accuracy is within 5 cm, and the paving thickness control accuracy reaches the millimeter level, which greatly improves the control accuracy and quality of the construction process."
In addition, with the support of digital technology, the operation equipment can also dynamically monitor and dispose of road temperature and other data, transform the traditional construction result detection into construction process control, prevent leakage, undervoltage and overpressure problems, and ensure construction quality.
According to the feedback from the owner, the operation process of Sany unmanned equipment is smooth, the paved pavement is flat, the compaction effect is good, and the overall efficiency is increased by more than 30%, providing an effective solution for the "safe, efficient, accurate and economical" construction of the road.
It has been used on a large scale throughout the country
From plain areas to high-altitude areas, from urban roads to high-grade highways, from asphalt paving to water stabilization operations. In recent years, Sany unmanned paving and compaction technology has been fully promoted and applied in multiple locations and working conditions across the country, accelerating the new process of intelligent and unmanned domestic pavement construction.
At the end of last year, in the Quzhou section of the Huangqu South Expressway in Zhejiang, Sany Unmanned Equipment carried out the world's first unmanned intelligent cluster construction on an "already operated" highway, and set a record for the construction of the world's "largest" road machine UAV group so far, which is of great significance.
At the beginning of this year, on the elevated road of the North Cross Passage of Haining Road in Shanghai, Sany 2 pavers and 3 tandem rollers completed unmanned operations under viaduct and large slope conditions for the first time in China, verifying the reliability of Sany unmanned equipment with long-term and high-precision construction.
In the middle of the year, at the on-site observation meeting of the "smart construction site" of Anhui Anlin Expressway, after review, the road surface operated by Sany UAV, whether it is the flatness, compactness, anti-segregation rate, or flatness of rolling, etc., is fully in line with the national first-class highwayConstruction standards。
Not long ago, in the K9 to K10 sections of Hunan Changqi Expressway, Sany unmanned palaver group completed unmanned intelligent construction for the first time, boosting the construction of Hunan Expressway into a new era of unmanned intelligence.
Industry insiders said that the construction of Sany unmanned aircraft fleet has been affirmed by more and more owners, and in the future, Sany will continue to carry out R&D and innovation of unmanned and intelligent machinery to promote the improvement of China's road equipment strength.
