SSRE Intelligent Rebar Equipment

Focus on the equipment research and development of three-dimensional steel bar parts of prefabricated buildings. Relying on the self-developed high-efficiency mesh welding technology, flexible mesh bending technology, and automatic cage forming technology of the tendon group, the intelligent production of the three-dimensional steel bar of the vertical component is realized. Relying on the self-developed PMES system, the digital drive flexible mesh welding, truss automatic forming, and through the mesh/truss grasping robot, the JIT collaboration with the PC production line is realized, and the full digital drive intelligent production of the three-dimensional steel bar of horizontal components is realized.
