Bring in, go out:Sany service and R&D team went to the front line of service, walked into the hearts of customers, and effectively solved customer problems - this activity went abroad to carry out 157 customer trainings, trained 4011 customers, customized training courses according to customer needs, on-site Q&A, examination and evaluation, and comprehensively improved customer skill level. 177 customer questions and suggestions were collected, and the review and answer rate reached 100%.A total of 19 customers from all over the country and 21 business leaders participated in the symposium to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of products, exchange use feelings, listen to customer opinions and suggestions, promote product improvement, and deepen quality service.

Mining enterprises are united and win-win cooperationIn order to give back to customers, Sany Heavy Equipment launched the "Gold Medal Operator" activity, with the goal of training and exporting 100 gold medal operators every year, aiming to cultivate a group of professional operation and maintenance personnel for key customers and friends. This year, Sany Heavy Equipment signed a "mining enterprise alliance" agreement with 11 major customers, carried out three phases of gold medal operator training, trained and certified 113 people, and exported professional talents for the industry through the form of "study examination" + workshop training + outdoor development + university professor lectures + mine manager daily report.
