JSC ASE, the company responsible for the construction of the Lupul nuclear power plant, is one of the world's leaders in nuclear power engineering construction and has participated in the construction of all nuclear power plants invested by Russian nuclear power overseas. The purchase of 16 Sany tower cranes is the first time that domestic tower cranes have entered the Russian nuclear power supply chain system, which previously only accepted equipment from developed countries and regions such as Europe, America and Japan.

The Sany tower function has been recognized by the Russian nuclear power supply chain system because it attaches great importance to product standardization and safety. When most of the production plants in the industry still rely on labor, Sany tower crane started the construction of "lighthouse factory" and "green factory".
