Make new contributions! CNPC Liujian SCC20000A successfully hoisted the heaviest segmented module of the re-frame of Yulong Petrochemical Refining Project

On August 22, the 2# 2.6 million tons/year continuous reforming unit of Yulong Petrochemical Refining Project was successfully hoisted into place, and the crawler crane of CNPC Liujian SCC20000A served as the main crane.

The hoisting, SCC20000A the use of super tower type super lifting conditions to strengthen the main boom 78 meters + tower arm 48 meters, at 9 o'clock in the morning with the on-site hoisting commander Zhou Chuanbo issued hoisting instructions, after a series of high-precision actions such as hooking, lifting, slewing, positioning, etc., lasted two hours, a smooth hoisting in place.

The anti-reframe is mainly composed of five segmented modular frames, with a weight distribution between 99 tons and 440 tons. The hoisted module frame is 45 meters long, 9.5 meters wide and 17 meters high, with a net weight of about 428 tons and a total hoisting weight of about 468.5 tons.

After the full installation of the re-framing module, the overall height will reach 95 meters, which will become the landmark frame structure of the Yulong Petrochemical refining project.

As the core part of the continuous reforming device, in order to compress the construction period and improve the construction efficiency, the segmented module adopts factory prefabrication and modular hoisting, and the prefabrication depth of the main structure reaches 92%, and the reverse reframe is successfully installed in place, which will create favorable conditions for subsequent equipment installation and process pipeline construction.
