Project Introduction:The project connects Hongfu West Road and Yinlong Road on both sides of the cross-river channel, starts from Wanjiang Avenue in the north, crosses Dongguan Waterway and Quhai Bridge along Yinlong Road in the south, connects Hongfu West Road to the south, and reaches Ganggang Avenue in the south, with a total length of about 1.87km on the main line, of which the tunnel is 1.54km in length. The main road grade of the tunnel is an urban trunk road, the design speed is 50km/h, the design clear height of the tunnel is 4.5m, and the main tunnel is in both directions6 lanes; There are 5 rainwater pumping stations, 1 wastewater pumping station and 1 management center in the ancillary facilities of the whole line.
The mileage of the south bank area of the cross-river channel project of Hongfu West Road and Yinlong Road is K1+117~K1+850, and the main line is 733m long, of which the mileage of the immersed pipe butt end is K1+150 and 33m long, the buried section on the shore is 530m long, and the open section is 170m long. The total length of the C ramp is 420m. The maximum depth of the foundation pit is 27.581m. The mileage of the section where the main line is less than 50m away from the tunnel of Dongguan Metro Line R1 is K1+300~K1+850, and the diameter of 460 is used[email protected]Pile length 15.1m isolation pile protection.
There are about 869 ground walls on the north and south banks, with a wall thickness of 0.8m and 1m, a depth of 28.4 meters to 42 meters, and a grab of about 10 meters. The bottom of the wall is mudstone and weathered rock, and the construction is carried out in a combination of grasping, rotating and milling processes.
