Sany rotary drilling rig participated in the construction of Haikou viaduct expressway project

Haikou, as a tropical island in China*5657, has become a strategic fulcrum city of China's "Belt and Road" by virtue of its unique natural geographical conditions and rich real estate resources.

With the gradual advancement of Hainan Province towards the development direction of international tourism in recent years, Haikou has now become a popular coastal tourist city at home and abroad.

To accommodate the expanding tourism boom, Haikou will build its viaduct expressway. From the perspective of topography, Haikou City is distributed in a belt-like coastal area, including Haixiu Road, Haisheng Road, Binhai Avenue and Nanhai Avenue along the line. Because the reclassified roads have the characteristics of open, multi-fork intersection and traffic lights, it is easy to cause congestion in daily traffic operation, which greatly affects the benign traffic status of the city. To this end, the relevant government of Haikou City decided to build a viaduct expressway. From Guoxing Avenue in the east to Haikou Railway Station in the west, it is 18.7 kilometers long, two-way six-lane, and has a total investment of 5.763 billion yuan. After completion, *8981 will solve the current tense traffic environment problem in Haikou to a large extent.

The surface layer is moderately weathered basalt, and below 3-5 meters is slightly weathered basalt and bedrock (frk≥100MPa), the construction period is tight, and the construction is very difficult. SR315RC8 is used as the main construction equipment, which is specially constructed in the *8981 hard bid section, giving full play to its characteristics of strong rock entry and stable machine *8981.

Basalt is a volcanic eruption rock, widely distributed in the arc of Hainan Island and coastal areas, its mineral particles are fine, quartz content accounts for about 50%, and the integrity of the rock mass is good, which brings a severe test to the construction of rotary drilling rigs.

In this project, the SR315RC8 equipment is equipped with the best breeze drilling tools, and has excellent performance in terms of speed, pressurization, mud, slag discharge, cooling, etc., with an average drilling time of less than 30 hours per pile and a construction efficiency of 70-80cm/h for micro-weathered basalt.
