Recently, the 2016 Hunan Provincial Investment and Key Construction Work Conference was held in Changsha. The meeting disclosed that in 2016, Hunan will organize the implementation of 118 key construction projects, with a total investment of 849.4 billion yuan, involving infrastructure, industrial development, social livelihood, ecological and environmental protection and other fields.

In 2016, Hunan fully implemented the "313" annual key investment project plan, that is, around 30 major projects, the implementation of 1,000 major projects, and the promotion of the whole society investment of about 3 trillion yuan. The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to adhere to the three unifications of steady investment, quality improvement and efficiency increase, expand new investment space with the upgrading of traditional industries and the cultivation of emerging industries, stimulate new vitality of investment with the innovation of private investment system and mechanism, promote the benign interaction between investment and consumption, and effectively connect supply and demand, so as to provide lasting impetus for economic development.

It is understood that as a local enterprise in Hunan, Sany has participated in the construction of major projects in Hunan for many times, such as last year Sany Heavy Industry signed an order of nearly 200 million yuan, and will use PC residential industrialization technology (hereinafter referred to as PC) to build more than 1,000 sets of public rental housing for Changsha.
