Facing the ten key areas of "Made in China 2025", we will promote the integration and application of key technologies and equipment for intelligent manufacturing, core support software, industrial Internet and other systems, and integrate and develop a number of major complete sets of equipment to promote engineering application and industrialization in the mode of system solution providers, equipment manufacturers and users. Promote the integration and application of a new generation of information and communication technology in equipment (products), and promote the research and development, design and industrialization of intelligent networked vehicles, service robots and other products.

2. Strengthen innovation in key common technologies

Focusing on the realization of intelligent functions such as perception, control, decision-making and execution, aiming at the development and application of key technical equipment for intelligent manufacturing, intelligent products, major complete sets of equipment, and digital workshops/intelligent factories, breakthroughs have been made in a number of key common technologies such as perception and measurement, high-precision motion control, highly reliable intelligent control, modeling and simulation, and industrial Internet security, and the core support software related to intelligent manufacturing has been developed, and a number of core intellectual property rights have been laid out and accumulated, so as to provide technical support for the realization of intelligent manufacturing equipment and manufacturing processes.

3. Build an intelligent manufacturing standard system

According to the guidelines for the construction of the national intelligent manufacturing standard system, focusing on bottlenecks such as interconnection and multi-dimensional collaboration, we will carry out research on basic common standards, key technical standards, and industry application standards, build a standard test and verification platform (system), and carry out whole-process test verification. Accelerate the formulation (revision) of standards and comprehensively promote them in all fields of the manufacturing industry. Establish a national intelligent manufacturing standardization coordination and promotion group, an overall group and a user consultation group to form a working mechanism for collaborative promotion. Make full use of the existing working mechanism of multi-department coordination and multi-standard committee collaboration to form a joint force, gather domestic and foreign standardization resources, and solidly build an intelligent manufacturing standard system that meets the needs of industrial development and is applicable to the world.

Fourth, build the foundation of the industrial Internet

Research and development of new industrial network equipment and systems, and build an industrial Internet test and verification platform and identification analysis system. Promote manufacturing enterprises to carry out in-plant network upgrades. Telecom operators are encouraged to improve their off-factory networks and build industrial clouds and big data platforms. Research and develop safe and reliable information security software and hardware products, build an information security guarantee system and test verification platform for intelligent manufacturing, and establish and improve the industrial Internet information security risk assessment, inspection and information sharing mechanism.

Fifth, increase the pilot demonstration and promotion of intelligent manufacturing

In key areas and industries with good basic conditions and urgent needs, select backbone enterprises, and carry out pilot demonstrations of new models of intelligent manufacturing around discrete intelligent manufacturing, process-based intelligent manufacturing, network collaborative manufacturing, mass customization, remote operation and maintenance services, industrial cloud platforms, crowdsourcing and mass creation, etc., to form effective experience and models. Focusing on the whole life cycle of design, R&D, production, logistics, and service, we select intelligent manufacturing benchmarking enterprises and transplant and promote them in related industries.

6. Promote intelligent transformation in key areas

Focusing on the ten key areas of "Made in China 2025", we will pilot the construction of digital workshops/smart factories, accelerate the integrated application of key technologies and equipment for intelligent manufacturing, and promote manufacturing process simulation optimization, digital control, real-time monitoring of status information and adaptive control. Accelerate the promotion and application of product life cycle management, customer relationship management, and supply chain management systems, and promote the integration of key links such as group control, design and manufacturing, production, supply and marketing, and business and financial convergence. In view of the needs of automation and digital transformation of key processes in the traditional manufacturing industry, we will promote the application of digital technology, system integration technology and intelligent manufacturing equipment, improve the level of design, manufacturing, technology and management, and strive to improve the level of development and move towards the middle and high-end. Strengthen the green transformation of traditional manufacturing industries, promote green recycling links between industries, and improve the green level of key manufacturing technologies.

7. Promote the intelligent transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises

Guide small and medium-sized enterprises with foundation and conditions to promote the automation transformation of production lines, and carry out pilot applications of management informatization and digital upgrading. Establish a development mechanism for leading enterprises to guide and drive small and medium-sized enterprises to promote automation and informatization, and improve the intelligent level of small and medium-sized enterprises. Strengthen the coordination of regional intelligent manufacturing resources.
