On April 7, the China-Norway Business Summit was held in Beijing. In the presence of Norwegian Prime Minister Solberg, Sany Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sany Group") and NBT AS (hereinafter referred to as "NBT"), a wind power operator from Norway, signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the forum.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, NBT plans to develop 8,000MW of wind power cooperation projects in emerging market countries. Sany will become NBT's preferred supplier of wind turbine blades. According to reports, the value of the long-term cooperation project between the two sides will reach 10 billion US dollars.
In addition, the two sides also expressed their intention to cooperate in the capital market and further deepen the strategic cooperative relationship. The two parties also signed a cross-shareholding strategic framework agreement with a project value of US$100 million.
Joar Viken, Executive Officer of NBT AS, said: "We are very excited to work closely with Sany Group on the installation of Sany wind turbines in China, Southeast Asia, Southeast Europe and other countries and regions. He said that after signing a series of strategic cooperation agreements, the two sides will jointly form a team to work towards the same goal.
Tang Xiuguo, President of Sany Group, said that Sany's goal is to become one of the top five wind turbine manufacturers in the world, and Sany will expand more high-quality wind power projects around the world. He also said that Sany will further accelerate the process of internationalization and hope to jointly develop wind power business with NBT on a global scale.

At present, Sany has become a provider of complete wind power solutions and renewable clean energy in China.
NBT AS, as a wind farm developer and operator, has 150 MW of wind farm projects in operation in China. NBT is developing wind power projects in China, Thailand, Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe.
