A few days after 2008, I met Xiang Wenbo, president of Sany Heavy Industry, at the headquarters of Sany Group in Changsha. It was a surprise visit, and an hour or two after I arrived, he made a temporary adjustment to his work schedule and had a brief conversation with me. He asked me to write some commemorative texts for the earthquake relief efforts of Trinity. He said: You don't have to interview leaders, please interview our front-line employees more, record more real details, and let future generations remember what a great volunteer team Sany has. His tone was earnest, and I clearly felt that this was not polite, but sincere.
The staff of Sany are very busy, and for many volunteers who have participated in disaster relief, it is not a pleasant thing to let them return to that tired memory, or even face those memories full of death again. Many of the journalists and volunteers who have been involved in the disaster relief report are reluctant to bring up the topic of disaster relief when they return. Therefore, I would like to express my special thanks to all the Sany employees who have been interviewed by me, and to all the members of the Sany Rescue Team, for the various memories you have written, providing the most authentic and vivid details for my article.

For the employees of 30,000 Group, the 2008 earthquake relief* shocked them not only by the strength of the disaster, but also by the extraordinary recognition at the end of that year.
On November 5, 2008, Sany held a commendation meeting for earthquake relief. Liang Yezhong, secretary of the Youth League Committee of the company, announced that 100,000 yuan will be awarded to each of the four special merit winners of Sany Group's earthquake relief, 31,800 yuan will be awarded to each of the first-class merit winners, and other employees who participated in the earthquake relief will also be rewarded.
There was a sound of surprise in the venue, like a sea breeze blowing across the sea. 100,000 yuan, which is already a year's or even a year's salary for many employees.
Bigger surprises are yet to come. Liang Yezhong continued to read out the company's decision: when the company's sales exceeded 100 billion yuan, an additional 1 million yuan will be awarded to each of the winners of special merit who are still working in the company or who have left the company for reasons other than their own, and an additional 300,000 yuan will be awarded to each of the first-class merit winners who are still working in the company or have left the company for reasons other than their own!
The employees present stood up excitedly and applauded vigorously. Some of the employees involved in the front-line disaster relief work could not hide their excitement, quietly turned around, and wiped the tears from the corners of their eyes.
Chairman Liang Wengen was in the audience, applauding and laughing with the employees. He has done this promise many times.
In 1994, Sany moved to Changsha. At the groundbreaking ceremony, Liang Wengen sent a commemorative note to the employees of Sany Heavy Industry at that time. Later, this commemorative note was turned into a bronze medal. In 2003, when Sany Heavy Industry was listed, the bronze medal was replaced by the * brand, and Liang Wengen also announced that when the company achieved annual sales of 10 billion yuan, all employees who held the * brand would be given 100,000 yuan each. At that time, almost no one believed that annual sales of 10 billion yuan was such a distant goal.
However, Sany did it. From a note to a bronze medal, and then to a * card, the 19 founding employees each received a heavy prize of 100,000 yuan. On March Day in 2008, Liang Wengen once again promised that when the company achieved sales of 100 billion yuan, all * brand employees would receive a reward of 1 million yuan each. In the eyes of all Sany people, this is not only a story about heavy awards, but also about the company's own culture, a story about "the responsibility of the country is greater than the profit of the enterprise", and a story about commitment and integrity.

Disaster relief is urgent, and special measures must be taken

At the time of the earthquake, Zhu Dan, deputy general manager of Sany Heavy Industry's crane division, was presiding over a market meeting in Chongqing. According to the original plan, he was about to rush back to Changsha.
The mobile phone rang, and Tang Xiuguo, the president of the group, called. He told Zhu Dan that a few minutes ago, Chairman Liang Wengen, Xiang Wenbo and other senior executives who were on a business trip held an emergency conference call and decided to form a volunteer team with the company's Youth League Committee as the backbone to participate in disaster relief. "Zhu Dan, you are the current leader of the company's administrative level in Sichuan*5661, and from now on, you are the front-line commander of the Sany earthquake relief."
At the same time, some employees of Sany headquarters have already put down their work and rushed to the conference room to discuss disaster relief operations. After the 2008 Spring Festival freezing disaster, the emergency plan formulated by Sany began to be activated.
Zhu Dan soon received a call from Chairman Liang Wengen, and the board of directors had decided to go all out to the disaster area for relief. The company will donate large-scale equipment, which is needed in the disaster area*.
On May 13, Xiang Wenbo, president of Sany Heavy Industry, announced through Sina.com that he would donate large machinery worth 15 million yuan and 3 million yuan in cash to the disaster area. Xiang Wenbo also called on Chinese enterprises to actively care about the disaster situation, extend a warm helping hand to the people in the disaster area, and support disaster relief and post-disaster reconstruction.
On the way to the disaster area, an accompanying reporter said to Zhu Dan: "We will all experience a baptism of souls. ”
Along the way, Zhu Dan's phone calls continued, Tang Xiuguo, president of the group, gave the phone number of the Sichuan Youth League Provincial Committee, and Vice President He Zhenlin gave the phone number of the Mianyang headquarters...... All kinds of information are summarized here in Zhu Dan. Zhu Dan learned that the company has "bought" two excavators and a crane from customers in Sichuan, and is on the way to the disaster area, and the Changsha headquarters has also mobilized a batch of large machinery that was originally to be sent to the customer, which will be transferred to the disaster area.
This is also the *5655 operation personally commanded by Liang Wengen's only son, Liang Yezhong, after joining Sany. Many employees can't remember exactly how many possible options were discussed and how many resources were mobilized that day. "It's like going to war, it's too busy."
Many employees came to Liang Yezhong and asked to go to the front line for disaster relief. Many of them are Sany management and even senior executives. Liang Yezhong booked a plane ticket for himself and planned to go to the disaster area in person at *5656 time. He and those executives who enthusiastically signed up to go to the front line were "held down" by Liang Wengen.
"Everyone goes to the front line, who is behind the battle? Who will make the arrangements? Liang Wengen specially instructed Liang Yezhong: "You are in command in the rear, and you can more effectively mobilize the resources of all parties in the company to disaster relief." A few months later, looking back on this journey, Liang Yezhong sincerely admired his father's vision.
Towards the evening, it was decided to draw people from the headquarters to form a rescue team, and a total of 80 people formed the "Hunan Youth Volunteer Sany Group Earthquake Relief Service Team". Liang Yezhong personally asked a reporter with experience in disaster reporting what to prepare for going to the front line, and immediately dispatched people to procure. Liang Yezhong said that the disaster relief is urgent, and it is necessary to take special measures, and all funds under 20,000 yuan do not need to be signed by him himself, and can be used directly.
An employee recalled that on the night of the 13th, in order to buy equipment for volunteers and prepare rescue kits, he knocked on the door of the shop in the middle of the night, and also bought 200 white T-shirts, which were printed with the words "Trinity" overnight.
At this time, Zhu Dan was leading people to the disaster area, and *5656 times felt the aftershocks. At night, everyone crowded into the car and couldn't sleep all night.
Not all disaster relief plans are within the sight of Trinity headquarters. Liang Yezhong didn't know that at this time, Hong Rui, the person in charge of the southwest branch of Sanyi Road Machinery Company, with 5 employees, was forming a team and driving to the disaster area independently. In fact, this team is the first Trinity rescue team to enter the disaster area.
After the earthquake, airports in Sichuan and Chongqing were closed for a time. After the resumption of take-off and landing, the airport first assumed the heavy responsibility of transporting users, rescue teams and materials, and there was no capacity to guarantee civil flights for a while. Until May 14, Sany got several extremely "sought-after" air tickets through various relationships. Li took a few volunteers on the flight. Before taking off, Li Mingwei received a maritime satellite phone sent by Tang Xiuguo. And the brigade has already driven 7 excavators and 8 unitsTruck cranes, from the highway to Sichuan.

I really didn't expect that the ** one who came in was actually Sany, and it was actually a private enterprise

At one o'clock in the morning on May 15, two rescue teams led by Zhu Dan and Li Qiqi assembled in Mianyang. Mobile phone signals are intermittent here, and further into the disaster area, there is no signal at all. Under the arrangement of the Mianyang Municipal Highway Bureau, they divided into two routes, Zhu Dan led the team to the direction of Anxian County, and Li Qi led the team to the direction of Pingwu.
The road to Anxian was badly damaged, there were no permits, and rescue teams and equipment were stopped outside Anxian County. Zhu Dan, with a few volunteers, plus a local guide, walked into Anxian County to find the temporary command headquarters to obtain permission for mechanical entry. Along the way, you have to pass through a tunnel about 200 meters long. The mountain above the tunnel had cracked, and some of the victims who had retreated from the tunnel persuaded Zhu Dan to turn back. The local guide also retreated.
Zhu Dan hesitated for a moment and decided to take the risk and rush over. He cheered everyone up: it's also dangerous for us to retreat on foot, go ahead and find the command, maybe we can find the car, and go back faster. * After working in pairs, run quickly through the dangerous tunnel area. Zhu Dan later recalled that it seemed to have passed a life-and-death pass.
Out of the tunnel, into Anxian County. Gao Jin, deputy director of the Anxian County Transportation Bureau, said that many people had been trapped inside for two days, the roads were cut off, there was no supply, no water to drink. "I really didn't expect that the ** one who came in was actually Sany, and it was actually a private enterprise." Director Gao personally drove to the checkpoint and released Sany's disaster relief convoy.
The *5,656 tasks that the excavator entered Anxian County were to dig up the corpses near the water source. If the body decomposes and contaminates the water source, it poses an even bigger problem. Subsequently, the excavator was put into the ranks of saving people.
On the morning of May 15, Hong Rui's disaster relief team arrived in Beichuan. While passing through Anxian County, they encountered a disaster relief force and hitchhiked into Beichuan. Hong Rui found a dog sitting on the ruins all the time. I looked over and found an old lady pressed underneath. At that time, there was no mechanical equipment, so Hong Rui and others found iron rods and used their hands to pry open the ruins little by little. During the rescue process, the aftershocks continued, and the surrounding houses collapsed in the aftershocks one after another, and everyone risked the danger to finally rescue the old lady. Five hours passed.
The old lady Wang Jihua remembered the Sany blue overalls they wore by Hong Rui. Afterwards, she asked for help from a reporter from Chengdu News Network, hoping to find a life-saver. Because the whereabouts of this team were not in the hands of the Sany headquarters at first, the Sany Group judged by the time when the large force entered Beichuan for disaster relief, and once thought that it was not a Sany volunteer. * Later, after verification by many parties, I learned that this was the task completed by the "independent team". Hong Rui and his partners rescued a total of five people from under the rubble.
In the afternoon of that day, Li Weiwei was in Pingwu and used the maritime satellite to make a phone call to the headquarters to report his safety. Even if it's a maritime satellite phone, the signal here is not good. The volunteers debugged for several hours, and only then did they barely find a position with a weak signal, and one person held the phone and did not dare to move the slightest.
On the afternoon of May 16, 4 cranes of the Sany Group Youth Volunteer Commando were transported to the entrance of Beichuan County. Along the way, the crane driven by Liu Yong walked in front of *. When they arrived at the Beichuan toll station, many volunteer cars that spontaneously went to the disaster area were stopped by the traffic police, and only Sany's convoy was released. The traffic police urgently said to the convoy: "Quick, come into the city, you are needed inside!" ”
There is a sharp bend of 70 degrees at the pass into Beichuan County, with a vertical steep cliff on one side and a boulder blocking the road on the other. The cliff is 3 meters away from the boulder, the width of the Sany crane is 2.8 meters, the 70-degree bend is less than 10 meters long, and the body of the Sany crane is 12 meters. "It's a life-or-death line." Liu Yong looked back and forth at the intersection to judge possible dangers.
Time is pressing, and Beichuan still has many lives waiting for rescue. News came from the front that Premier Wen Jiabao arrived in Beichuan on May 14, but did not enter Beichuan County because the road was impassable. A staff member of the Beichuan County Earthquake Relief Headquarters rushed up the mountain, hoping that the heavy equipment would come down the mountain and enter the city as soon as possible. "It's all small machinery down there, and it can't do anything about the whole piece of reinforced concrete."
Can't hesitate any longer. Liu Yong decided to take a risk.
Start, bend, drive out of a meter, two meters...... He carefully took the steering wheel and relied on his hands to control the behemoth, which could lift a 52-ton load. When passing through the sharp bend * dangerous section, Zhu Dan, who led the team, turned his face away and did not dare to look again.
"At that time, I was so focused on the past that I didn't have time to think about anything else." Increasing the throttle, the big guy finally drove through the corner. After passing, Liu Yong found that his palms were full of sweat, and the clothes on his back were all soaked. When the driver behind saw Liu Yong passing, he also had a bottom in his heart, and passed through the dangerous bend one by one and drove towards Beichuan.
Liu Yong's crane was taken directly to the credit union. The soldiers pointed to a piece of rubble and told him that there were dozens of people buried underneath. On the ruins, prefabricated slabs are laid horizontally, and on top of them, a thick stone pillar with a diameter of about 1 meter is pressed. One hour later, the stone pillar was removed by a crane. The soldiers of the troops who were waiting on the side went up and began to dig with small machine equipment. Soon, Ji Zhongshan, deputy general manager of Shenzhou Mining, who had been trapped for more than 100 hours, was dug up.
   

The *long and *torturous test, two days before the evacuation of Beichuan

This day was the third day that Tian Yubao had stayed alone in Pingtong Town. He doesn't usually smoke, but he learned it these days. He dug from dawn until dark every day, often digging out mutilated bodies from the rubble. Even with two layers of masks, he couldn't hide the pungent smell, so he had to use cigarettes to suppress the feeling of vomiting.
The vault of the Pingtong Town Credit Union was buried under the rubble, and the employees of the credit union guarded it for more than 30 hours, and everyone was relieved to see Tian Yubao driving the excavator to arrive. With the help of Sany's excavator, the Pingtong Town vault was dug out.
Tian Yubao's shoes were quickly worn out because of the intensity of the work, and he found a pair of shoes in the rubble and paid the locals 50 yuan before putting them on.
"What I admire about Sany is that Sany donated machinery." Wang Lin said. He saw on TV that the disaster area was in urgent need of drivers, and immediately rushed to the Sichuan Provincial Youth League Committee to sign up. He deliberately said he was 19 years old just because he "didn't want to be brushed off."
On May 19, he and several other volunteers were assigned to Mianyang and got in touch with the Sany rescue team. When they arrived at the scene for inspection, only Wang Lin, Yu Qian and Wang Hall could operate Sany's machinery, and they were left behind to replace the Sany operators who had not rested for three days and three nights.
*5656 Heavenly King Lin dug up 3 corpses. That night, he stayed alone in the tent and did not fall asleep. He doesn't remember what he thought about or feared that night. He only remembers that the next morning, Sany volunteers came to see him and brought him a bowl of instant noodles that had been soaked in water and had been swollen. Wang Lin is the only son in the family, and his family is also in the disaster area. When he said that he was going to come out to volunteer, his mother cried, and his father quarreled with him all afternoon, but he couldn't resist him, so he soaked a bottle of salt water, brought a toothbrush, and sent his son to the station. "Strangely, I didn't feel homesick at all when I was in the disaster."
Wang Lin was assigned to a difficult road, which was the "Tianzi * No. 5656 Mission" undertaken by the Second Artillery Corps, which was the road leading to a military unit. The danger of the mission can be seen from the name of the place - the tiger's mouth. Several times, Wang Lin felt that he was going to die there. Once, the car kept sliding down the cliff, and Wang Lin was so frightened that he closed his eyes and only grabbed the handle. After sliding for three or four meters, the tracks of the body reached out of the cliff, but the car miraculously stopped! It took him a while to come to his senses, and he moved the car back to the road little by little.
On another occasion, aftershocks triggered landslides. Wang Lin, who was operating the excavator, did not feel the aftershocks at all, nor did he hear the loud warnings of nearby villagers. A fellow ran to the car and dragged Wang Lin down at the risk of evacuation, and within 5 seconds of evacuation, a stone fell on the excavator.
When the troops cleared the danger of the dammed lake, Wang Lin and the soldiers climbed the embankment with a height of 100 meters and a slope of nearly 70 degrees, carrying 30 pounds of explosives on their backs. There were wounds on his hands and shoulders. Many soldiers said afterwards that it was a painful and tiring part of the entire earthquake relief, and Wang Lin was among them.
On May 28, local volunteers were evacuated according to the unified arrangement. But two days after going back, Wang Lin made an appointment with extra money and secretly returned to the team of Sany volunteers. June 5 is Wang Lin's birthday, and June 7 is Yu Qian's birthday. Two young men celebrated their birthday with two bottles of eight-treasure porridge and two bowls of instant noodles. It wasn't until the end of the earthquake relief that Sany arranged for the two volunteers to go to Changsha to participate in the event, and when they booked the air ticket, they found out that Wang Lin was only 17 years old.
At present, Wang Lin and Yu Qian are placed in Sany's school for education, and after graduation, they will be given priority to work at Sany. They also won the honorary title of "Sany Group's First Class Meritorious Service for Earthquake Relief", and each received a reward of 31,800 yuan. When I was giving an earthquake relief report to my classmates at school, one of my classmates asked Wang Lin, "What if you die?" Wang Lin burst into tears, he felt that "the questions of my classmates stabbed me in the heart all of a sudden."
In private, Wang Lin would say that if it weren't for the earthquake relief, if he didn't happen to meet Sany, he would probably be fooling around in society, and it is difficult to say what path he would take in the future. But now, he's clearly on the right track.
Xia Wenbo, who was born in 1981, is in the logistics service department of Trinity. When it came time to assemble the volunteer team, he was selected as a logistician. He did not expect that his life would be in danger in the disaster area. On May 18, when Xia Wenbo was directing the cleanup of a landslide in Xiangyan Township, he felt the ground tremble a little. * At first, I thought it was a mechanical vibration, but soon I saw thick smoke above the landslide surface, and large pieces of rocks fell. The drivers of the two excavators at the scene noticed the danger and retreated to safety. An excavator in front of the * has not yet found the danger because of the blind spot. Xia Wenbo shouted loudly, but the driver still did not hear it.
"This is the person I brought, and nothing must happen." At that moment, Xia Wenbo forgot about his own safety, and while paying attention to the direction of the rolling stone with the corner of his eye, he ran into the driver's line of sight and waved his hand to warn - he recalled afterwards that it was pointing to the sky and shaking his hand, and there was no rule at all - the driver still understood the warning and reversed the car backwards.
Xia Wenbo and the driver saw that there was nowhere to hide, so they got under the dump bucket of the excavator. Before it was completely hidden, a large rock hit the tipping bucket and sank into a basin-sized piece. Xia Wenbo was so frightened that his legs trembled. It was later learned that the aftershocks at that time were 6 magnitude.

Because of the hot weather, the decomposition of the corpses is getting higher and higher, and the smell of death and grief permeates the whole of Beichuan. In addition, the water level of the dammed lake in the upper reaches is getting higher and higher, and the talk about the spread of the plague, the closure of Beichuan, and the dammed lake is about to burst its embankment is getting worse and worse. Whether to continue to hold on to Beichuan or to retreat safely has become an important issue affecting the front line and the rear.
On the night of May 16, Xia Wenbo, Zhu Dan, and Li Qi held a meeting at the temporary headquarters at the front, a makeshift residence under a bridge, to discuss. The meeting lasted until three o'clock in the morning, and everyone was under a lot of psychological pressure, will they still go to Beichuan tomorrow? If you don't go to demoralization, what if you get infected with the plague?
Zhu Dan suddenly remembered his sales target for this year, and there was still a lot to be done. "If Beichuan locks down and we are trapped here, what will I do with my sales tasks this year?"
During the meeting, volunteer Ouyang Hua went out to vomit several times. When he came back that day, he threw away his shoes, washed his hands many times, and drank a lot of wine for the first time. He didn't say a word. Many days later, everyone learned that he had helped clean up the body that day. While lifting a body, the body's leg suddenly fell......
At about two o'clock in the morning, Li Qi called Liang Yezhong, the commander-in-chief of the rear. Liang Yezhong is also anxiously waiting for news from the frontline, he said: We must ensure the safety of volunteers, but as long as conditions permit, we must do our best to rescue more people and do more work.
Zhu Dan once again felt that his life was in danger, and it was the day he was evacuated from Beichuan. At that time, Zhu Dan led a group of volunteers to rescue near the chemical plant in Beichuan County. He heard the firefighters' intercom sounding "There are aftershocks, the embankment will burst, evacuate quickly", and soon, a reporter came with the news: The dammed lake may collapse.
The troops quickly concentrated on the vehicles and retreated. Sany volunteer Yu Tianyu carried a camera and ran out with Zhu Dan. On the road, I saw a troop car, 5 people were sitting in the back, and 3 people were already sitting in the co-pilot seat next to the driver. Zhu Dan finally got into the car, and pulled Yu Tianyu again, but he couldn't squeeze in. Yu Tianyu waved goodbye to Zhu Dan. At that moment, Zhu Dan felt like a picture of life and death parting in a movie flashed in his mind.
The car couldn't walk after driving less than 200 meters. One car broke down on the road, blocking the road that was not wide, and all the cars stopped. Everyone lined up on foot to evacuate. Luo Xiaojun, the crane operator, found an old lady holding a little girl in her arms and a little boy in her other hand, wrapped in the panicked crowd, struggling to walk. Luo Xiaojun rushed up and took the two children from the old lady's hands, holding one in one hand and dragging one in the other. Yu Tianyu was in a hurry to evacuate, and he pressed the shutter to take a picture. The photograph was later featured in Southern Weekly and became a classic image in the Trinity earthquake relief.

 

Gratitude is the basic driving force for corporate social responsibility

 

At the same time of disaster relief, under the auspices of Chairman Liang Wengen, Sany headquarters has begun to tackle key problems in the machinery manufacturing link that Sany * is good at, and it is necessary to develop a number of large-scale machinery suitable for use in disaster areas.
These machines were quickly developed, including concrete mixer trucks, S-valve motor concrete pumps, truck-mounted concrete pumps, concrete pump trucks, high-power excavators, etc. Among them, the X-outrigger pump truck can greatly reduce the requirements for site space compared with the traditional rear swing outrigger in the process of front outrigger deployment, and has a wider range of site adaptability under the complex construction site conditions after the disaster. Sany's new C8 series excavator adopts the world's most advanced positive flow hydraulic system, with low fuel consumption, high efficiency and large digging force, which can reduce the cost of post-disaster reconstruction, speed up the reconstruction and shorten the construction time. The high-power excavator has made significant contributions to the opening up of the Ninth Ring Road in Pingwu County and Xiaocha Road in Anxian County. - All this is very similar to the anti-ice disaster operation in early 2008, after participating in the disaster relief, Sany also developed the corresponding machinery and equipment.
In the disaster relief, Tian Yubao's familiarity with the surrounding road conditions aroused everyone's curiosity. After careful questioning, I learned that Tian Yubao's home was in the hard-hit area of Mianyang Jiangyou. This simple young man concealed the situation of the disaster in his family, and when the life and death of his family were uncertain, he chose to help others first. Later, Sany Group sent people to Tian Yubao's house to offer condolences. The surrounding neighbors are all brick houses, only the Tian family is an old wooden house, and everyone is shocked by the many awards on the wall of the Tian family. This poor family raised their two sons to become university students. Tian Yubao's father has always said that he should educate his son to be honest, to be grateful, and to give back to society.
With gratitude, these four characters have always been engraved at the door of the headquarters of Sany Group in Changsha Xingsha Development Zone.
"These four words are the basic driving force for enterprises to assume social responsibility." He Zhenlin, vice president of Sany Group, said.
It is precisely because of "gratitude" that the leaders of Sany Group set up an earthquake relief leading group with the company's Youth League Committee as the backbone at the *5656 time when they learned the news of the earthquake, and sent volunteers to the disaster area with cranes and other equipment urgently needed in the disaster area, becoming the *5656 mechanized team that arrived in the disaster area.
It is precisely because of "gratitude" that Sany Group urgently contacted all customers around Sichuan and Chongqing at *5656 after the earthquake, obtained the customer's understanding, and vacated the equipment worth 15 million yuan purchased by the customer with a deposit, and drove directly to the disaster area, helping to open up the three lifelines of Anxian, Pingwu and Beichuan.
In June, Liang Yezhong, the commander-in-chief of Sany Group's earthquake relief, led a team to revisit the disaster area. In the eyes of ordinary employees of Sany, the efficiency, decisiveness and wisdom shown by this young secretary of the Youth League Committee in the disaster relief command made everyone more confident in the future of Sany.
With the evacuation of the last batch of Sany rescue team members from the disaster area, all Sany rescue equipment has been handed over to the local area. In the second round of donations, Sany Group built a Hope School in Li County, Sichuan, a counterpart county in Hunan. The school will be built in accordance with the requirements of the new standards for new schools after the disaster, and the structure will be a frame force reduction wall, and the seismic intensity can reach level 9.
In Pengzhou City, Sichuan, Sany Group donated to build a concrete batching plant, which was put into operation normally before October 31, 2008.
After the earthquake, Sany selected a group of fresh graduates from the disaster area with excellent character and learning and poor families, and took them to study at Trinity University in Changsha, and all the study and living expenses were paid by Sany until graduation. This includes Wang Lin and Yu Qian, who participated in the Sany disaster relief work. When they graduate, they can enter the Trinity job, which solves the dual problems of education and employment for the children in the disaster area. Wang Lin was invited to talk about the earthquake relief experience to the new students, and he said: "I am so lucky to meet Sany. It's going to change my life. ”
Liang Yezhong recalled that when the earthquake relief was over, he was responsible for drafting the reward plan, and the amount of the reward designed at that time was not so high. He clearly remembers that when he went to Japan for an inspection, he reported to his father on the Shinkansen train, and Liang Wengen picked up the pen and wrote a heavy reward of 100,000 yuan on the report. This figure also surprised Liang Yezhong at the time, but he immediately implemented it happily.
In He Zhenlin's view, Sany Group's heavy reward for earthquake relief employees has more important significance - it shows employees and society a value orientation of enterprises and entrepreneurs - when the country is in trouble, not only the enterprise is responsible, the boss is responsible, and the employees are also responsible.
