　　Xiang WenboSany Heavy Industry has now fully entered the field of construction machinery manufacturing, and its independent innovation achievements are blooming everywhere. From a 37-meter pump truck to a 72-meter world's longest boom pump truck, it only took us 10 years. It took only 12 years to go from 5,656 tow pumps to a world pumping height of 492 meters. The manufacturing of "Sany speed" is a set of rapid and effective R&D transformation system centered on market demand.

As early as the beginning of its establishment, we positioned the development direction of the enterprise, standing on a level with international brands, concentrating resources on the research and development of core technologies for the needs and applications of local and foreign customers in China, and on this basis, the implementation of global procurement strategy, the selection of world-renowned brand accessories, so that the product quality and applicability of Sany Heavy Industry can win in the competition.

In the past ten years, Sany Heavy Industry has the strength to quickly transform product technology into productivity, and has successfully developed 5656 large-displacement high-pressure concrete pumps, 5656 37-meter concrete pumps, 5656 hybrid excavators, and 5655 tonnage full hydraulic in AsiaRotary drilling rigs, Asia's first 1000-ton crawler crane, Asia's all-rock roadheader with a power of *5655, the world's *5656 three-stage concrete pumps, and a 72-meter-long boom pump truck. At present, Sany Heavy Industry Concrete Machinery occupies 50% of the domestic market share of the same kind of market, becoming the *5656 brand of similar products. In addition, we are the world's long-arm pump truck manufacturer of *5655.

　　BusinessWeekIn recent years, China has vigorously advocated "energy conservation and emission reduction", so how did Sany quickly perceive this trend and how did it respond?

　　Xiang WenboEnergy conservation, emission reduction, and green environmental protection have become a worldwide topic. In fact, as early as a few years ago, Sany put forward the concept of environmental protection and energy saving. The power-controlled eco mode we developed at that time was called the solid-state eco mode because it could not be adjusted on the fly with the change of engine speed. In 2008, Sany developed a new generation of dynamic energy-saving mode, which changed the old mode and had three core energy-saving technologies: full-power automatic adaptation and energy-saving, high-efficiency energy-saving hydraulics and cooling system energy-saving.

At present, the application of the three core technologies of concrete pump trucks, graders, pavers and other construction machinery products can save more than 20% of energy on average, saving about 260,000 tons of fuel, 3.9 million liters of hydraulic oil and 13,000 tons of steel for the country, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 820,000 tons and sulfur dioxide emissions by 4,144 tons; Saved 1.7 billion yuan. In 2009, Sany Heavy Industry introduced the hybrid concept into the energy-saving research of construction machinery for the first time in China, and developed the first domestic hybrid hydraulic excavator, which is 30% more energy-saving and 25% more efficient than traditional excavators. In addition, Sany has also manufactured the world's first energy-saving and environmentally friendly rotary drilling rig driven by dual power.

Our environmental protection technology has been recognized by many countries and abroad. In 2008, our power energy-saving technology won the first prize of Hunan Province Science and Technology Progress Award, which is the first prize of energy-saving technology won by China's construction machinery industry so far. This technology has been successively promoted and applied to three series of products, such as excavation machinery, piling machinery, lifting machinery, and port machinery, and the annual fuel cost savings can reach billions of yuan.

On November 13, the energy-saving invention patent "An Energy-saving Control Method for Concrete Pump" developed by Yi Xiaogang, CEO of Sany Heavy Industry, won the China Patent Gold Award at the 12th China Patent Award Presentation Conference, and we became the enterprise in the construction machinery industry *5658 to win the award. Compared with foreign * 5656 brands, our energy-saving concrete pump trucks can save an average of 12 tons of fuel per year, and have been applied to 8578 products from 2007 to 2009, saving 180,000 tons of fuel, reducing exhaust emissions by 590,000 tons, and generating direct economic benefits of 1.174 billion yuan.
