This newspaper reported on November 3 (correspondent Ba Chengfu reporter Tang Aiping) a 900-ton SCC9000 crawler developed by Sany Heavy IndustrycraneRecently, the hoisting work of the first 6.0MW (megawatt) wind turbine in China was successfully completed in Sheyang, Jiangsu. The completion of the hoisting of this *5655 power fan marks another solid step in the field of high-power fan hoisting.
It is understood that the SCC9000 crawler crane that participated in the hoisting has a number of advanced technologies such as a fully enclosed hydraulic system and an electrical control system with completely independent intellectual property rights that are applied for the first time in China. Since its inception in 2008, the equipment has been used in many national key projects such as Guangdong Maoming Petrochemical, Fujian Ningde Nuclear Power Plant, Shenhua Guohua Guangdong Taishan Power Plant, Guangdong Yangjiang Nuclear Power Plant, etc.
It is reported that in the wind power hoisting industry, Sany has a series of mature crawler crane products, which can fully meet the lifting of 1.5MW, 2.0MW, 3.0MW, 5.0MW, 6.0MW and above wind turbines at home and abroad.
Sany crawler cranes are not only widely used in the wind power industry, but also in the field of nuclear power. So far, Sany 900-ton SCC9000, SCC10000 and other large-tonnage crawler cranes have completed 9 times of nuclear power plant dome lifting.
