Hunan News Network Changsha, November 17 (Reporter Liu Shuangshuang) Sany Heavy Industry revealed on the 17th that at the 13th China Patent Award Presentation Conference held recently, Sany Heavy Industry's invention patent "Method and device for inhibiting the vibration of concrete pump truck boom (patent number: ZL200610032361.X)" won the China Patent Gold Award, and the invention patent of "an energy-saving control method for concrete pump" won the 12th China Patent Gold Award, and won this honor again.
At the same time, the invention patent "three-stage concrete pump" won the China Patent * Show Award, and the Hong Kong listed company Sany Heavy Design Patent "Roadway Boring Machine (Patent No.: ZL200730285323.0)" under Sany Group won the China Design Gold Award.
The China Patent Award is a *5661 award in the field of patents issued by the Chinese government, recognized by the United Nations World Intellectual Property Organization, and has a significant impact on the world, representing the *5661 level of China's independent innovation and scientific and technological progress. The China Patent Award consists of Patent Gold Award, Patent * Show Award, Design Gold Award and Design * Show Award, and this year's China Patent Award has awarded a total of 15 patent gold awards and 5 design gold awards.
It is understood that Sany currently has 10,000 R&D personnel, and invests 5%-7% of its sales revenue in R&D every year, thereby obtaining a large number of innovative results, and transforming it into a strong intellectual property strength under the guidance of the company's intellectual property strategic thinking. This is an example of this gold medal for vibration damping.
The horizontal cantilever of the concrete pump truck boom is as long as 36~86m, the attitude is complex and changeable, and it is subject to the discontinuous impact of concrete pumping, and the boom has large vibration, easy cracking and short service life. The optimal design of the fatigue life of the boom structure and the control of terminal vibration reduction have become the key, and reducing the vibration of the boom has always been a major problem faced by the long boom pump truck.
Since 2005, Sany Heavy Industry has invested in the research of vibration reduction of pump truck booms. Under the leadership of Mr. Yi Xiaogang, Mr. Liu Yonghong and others carried out repeated experiments and researches, corrected many original misunderstandings of vibration control methods, such as high-frequency vibration shock method, vibration interference method, etc., and finally found the applicable active vibration reduction method.
For the first time, the vibration reduction patent that won the patent gold medal realized the accurate detection of the boom attitude and the establishment of the boom multi-attitude natural frequency database. * Created the boom adaptive active vibration damping technology, based on the accurate detection of the boom attitude, judge the vibration trend, and actively apply vibration suppression excitation, which effectively solves the hysteresis of the response of the mechanical and hydraulic system, reduces the vibration at the end of the boom by 65%, and reduces the vibration of the end hose from 500mm to less than 150mm.
In March 2011, the patented technology was applied62m concrete pump truckSupporting Japan's Fukushima nuclear leak rescue is another major international rescue after Sany "Shenzhou*5656 Crane" participated in the world-renowned Chilean mine disaster rescue in October 2010. Tang Jiaxuan, a member of the Chinese side of the Sino-Japanese Friendship Committee for the 21st Century and former Chinese State Councilor, inspected Sany on October 25 and affirmed the tremendous role played by Sany 62-meter long-arm pump truck in rushing to the aid of the Fukushima nuclear power plant, and praised "Sany has won glory for the country, the Chinese nation, and the Chinese people now."
