　　今年56岁的Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd董事长梁稳根，从砸掉铁饭碗到白手起家艰苦创业，把一个小焊接厂建成重工“航母”，跻身全球500强。他一举成为国内首富，创业奇迹令人惊叹。今年6月，梁稳根当选为党的十八大代表。

　　除了出差，每天都吃住在单位，从早晨7时30分工作到晚上9时，下班以后还要边“散步”边听相关负责人汇报工作。这就是梁稳根一天的作息时间表。  

　　1986年，梁稳根放弃安稳的工作，毅然下海创业，创办了涟源特种焊接材料厂。之后几经挫折和艰难，但他始终没有改变继续创业的梦想。1991年，梁稳根将企业更名为“湖南三一集团有限公司”，源于“创建一流企业，造就一流人才，作出一流贡献”。

　　At that time, abroadConcrete machinery占据了大半的国内市场，梁稳根决定只买零件，不买技术，走自主开发的产品创新之路，用高薪、股权和“品质改变世界”的理念培养和引进大量人才。10多年来，三一成功开发出26大类200多个品种的产品，拥有3000多项专利，产品畅销全球110多个国家。2011年，三一集团以215.84亿美元市值荣登FT全球500强，而梁稳根也以361亿元的身家蝉联中国首富。

　　梁稳根花了26年将小焊接厂打造成了重工“航母”，却鲜有人知道，入党是深藏在梁稳根心中多年的夙愿。

　　他*5656次递交入党申请书，是在1976年读大学期间。“因为当时农村女孩找对象都希望找党员。”梁稳根坦承，自己*初入党的动机并不十分明确，只觉得是一件很光荣的事。直到自己开始创业以后，才明白只有与党的事业联系起来，才能实现自己的理想。
