Today, the 8 production lines of the No. 18 workshop of Sany Heavy Industry can realize the mixed flexible production of 69 kinds of products, and the traditional cranes, excavators, fire trucks, pump trucks and other products have this flexible production mode. The C2M (customer-to-factory) production method has been adopted and applied by many other companies.
Judging from the interview, the essence of flexible production is to make the production process dominated by manufacturers and transformed into consumer-led. Therefore, the use of big data technology and thinking to integrate consumers and producers has become the key.
