On the morning of April 2, the "2023 China Large Ready-mixed Concrete Enterprise Leaders Meeting" hosted by the China Concrete and Cement Products Association and co-organized by Sany Heavy Industry was held in Changsha Industrial Park of Sany Heavy Industry.

The theme of this event is "starting a new step, opening a new situation, and shaping new advantages for the high-quality development of the industry". Wu Wengui, Executive Chairman of China Concrete and Cement Products Association, Gao Zhi, Secretary-General, Xu Yongmo, Former President, Xiang Wenbo, Chairman of Sany Heavy Industry, Xiang Ruan, Chairman of Sany Pump Road Division, and executives of 15 large ready-mixed concrete enterprises attended the event.

At the opening ceremony, Xiang Wenbo expressed his gratitude to the China Concrete and Cement Products Association for its long-term contribution to the development of the industry. Xiang Wenbo said that Sany first entered the construction machinery industry from the field of concrete equipment, and in the face of the huge new opportunities brought by the new era, Sany will use the strength of the whole company to implement the transformation strategy of "digital intelligence, electrification, and internationalization" to help the new development of the industry.

Wu Wengui said that the convening of this summit is of epochal significance to how China's concrete industry can assume its due mission in the process of "quality power", how to completely, comprehensively and accurately implement the new development concept, how to build a new development pattern and establish new industrial advantages. He hoped that through the joint efforts of the participants, a consensus would be reached and the continuous progress of the concrete industry would be jointly promoted.

In the theme report session, Xiang Ru'an made a special report on "Empowering the High-quality Development of the Industry with Innovation". He summarized Sany's current achievements in the concrete sector, and pointed out that green and low-carbon, high-end integration, digital intelligence, and ecological platform are the development trends of the industry in the future. He hopes to join hands with everyone to gather wisdom and strength to promote the high-quality development of the industry.

At the symposium in the afternoon, the guests discussed cutting-edge topics such as "high-quality development of concrete", "green and low-carbon development" and "digital intelligent development", and discussed the current "highlights, focus, difficulties and plugging points" of the industry, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the future goal direction of the industry, talent strategy, international development and the construction of the industry's credit system.

During the period, the expert leaders of the association also went to the "smartest factory" - No. 18 lighthouse factory to observe the latest achievements of Sany intelligent manufacturing up close.
