From June 19 to June 22, the 19th National Congress of the Communist Youth League of China was held in Beijing, and more than 1,500 delegates from all walks of life from all over the country gathered in Beijing to offer suggestions and fulfill their duties. Comrade Tang Lihua, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of Sany Group, was elected as a representative of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Youth League and participated in this meeting.
The 19th National Congress of the Communist Youth League is a very important meeting held at a historical moment when the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core leads the whole Party and the people of all ethnic groups across the country to embark on a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way, and the Communist Youth League of China closely follows the Party to open a new chapter in the second centenary struggle. Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the conference will fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on youth work, and mobilize and lead the vast number of League members and young people to unite and strive for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country and the comprehensive promotion of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
As an active practitioner on the road to manufacturing power, the number of young people aged 35 and below accounts for 64%, and they have become the "surging wave" of Sany's high-quality development. All along, the Group attaches great importance to youth work, adheres to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly implements General Secretary Xi Jinping's important ideas on youth work, lists the cultivation of young talents as the central work of the enterprise, implements talent training programs such as youth training camps and strategic reserves, and sends more than 600 talents to various units of the Group every year.
In addition, since its establishment, the Youth League Committee of the Group has insisted on carrying out work from three aspects: leading the youth, uniting the youth, and serving the youth, and providing support for the youth of the Group in innovation and entrepreneurship, social integration, marriage and dating, etc. The group has also set up awards for outstanding youth, outstanding youth collective, voluntary public welfare, etc., to guide young people to take on the mission and play a role in the "urgent, difficult, dangerous, heavy and new" tasks, and has formed a youth volunteer service team to participate in domestic and international rescue operations such as Wenchuan rescue, Wuhan anti-epidemic rescue, Chile mine disaster rescue, Turkey earthquake rescue, etc., and has made important contributions to the group's "three threes" strategic goals.

From now on, building China into a great modern socialist country in an all-round way, realizing the second centenary goal, and comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization are the central tasks of the Party and the distinctive theme of China's youth movement and youth work in the new era.
