"If the mobile Internet is a comprehensive digitization of people's life activities and has released a very large dividend, then the next activity that should be very important to human beings is production activities, through comprehensive digitalization, it has become a scene to release the next wave of huge dividends."

At the meeting, Liang Zaizhong took the mobile Internet wave set off by mobile phone intelligence as an example to introduce the huge potential of digitalization in the physical world. Liang said that the digital physical world will generate new needs, which in turn will give rise to new business forms. If we compare it to the era of mobile Internet, when the cost of digitizing industries and production factors enters the stage of "thousand-yuan machine", the industrial Internet will usher in a blowout, and this trend is irreversible.

He emphasized that the industrial Internet will give birth to a new basic paradigm of industrial production, from the past experience and process-driven manufacturing organization form to data-driven organization, it is expected that in the next 10 years, enterprises armed with digital capabilities and enterprises without armed digital capabilities will produce completely different results in the company's operating efficiency and cost structure, the former will definitely be much better than the latter.

Taking Sany Group's digital and intelligent transformation practice as an example, Liang Zaizhong told a small story. A few years ago, at the budget meeting of Sany, some management proposed that the production capacity of cutting equipment was insufficient, and in order to cope with the production target of the next year, it was necessary to increase the investment in cutting equipment. However, Sany did not do this, but connected the blanking equipment to the root cloud platform to achieve capacity transparency, and found that the real operation rate was only 28%. Later, through technical transformation, even if 30% of the equipment was sealed, the production task was doubled.

"We can't rely on experience and reports to make decisions, but we can solve problems on the spot. So we started the process of digitalization and wanted all decisions to be transparent and timely. Liang Zaizhong said that the success of the enterprise lies in the accuracy and frequency of decision-making, if you can make a relatively accurate decision in a shorter time, the business logic and paradigm of the enterprise is completely different, with the machine decision-making can replace human decision-making, this efficiency will be improved.

Sany Digital Intelligent Transformation Exploration

At the meeting, Liang Zaizhong introduced Sany's digital and intelligent transformation and innovation exploration in two directions: intelligent manufacturing focusing on production management efficiency and process improvement in the factory, and intelligent operation around off-site equipment and business scenarios.

In terms of intelligent manufacturing, at present, Sany takes the intelligence of nine major processes as the core, the end-to-end data flow as the foundation, and the algorithm as the core drive, and gradually realizes the computer dynamic decision-making, flexible configuration and precise scheduling of the three major production factors of "man, machine and material". Since 2019, Sany has built 40 lighthouse factories, among which Beijing Pile Driver Factory and Changsha No. 18 Factory have become the only two world's lighthouse factories in the global heavy industry industry.

Smart operation means that Sany will transform from selling products to being an engineering service provider, providing customers with full-scenario solutions and operation services. Based on intelligent hardware and with machine decision-making algorithms as the core, Sany provides engineering users with real-time interaction and analysis value of data intelligence, creates a smart operation ecosystem covering 20 major construction scenarios, and realizes a new model of one-stop and full-cycle engineering services.

After years of exploration and practice, Liang Zaizhong summarized the three main propositions facing the current industrial Internet: first, how to realize the digitization of means of production; the second is the digital circulation of means of production; The third is how to operate better after the digitization of means of production.

"The corresponding capabilities are the ability to generate new digital computing using platforms through technology; Second, through the digitalization of the supply chain, the traditional circulation links will be transformed to make them more efficient; Third, the means of production can be calculated, predicted, and shared after digitization, so as to improve production efficiency. All three of these aspects will also give rise to new business models, organizational shapes, and even greater companies. ”

At present, China is attaching great importance to the development of the digital economy, continuously promoting the deep integration of digital technology and the real economy, promoting digital industrialization and industrial digitalization, and accelerating the construction of a cyber power and a digital China.
