Recently, the Chairman of the Construction Industry Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Mr. Anthony Ho, the Executive Director of the Construction Industry Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Mr. Cheng Ting-ning, the General Manager Mr. Kwok Koon-hung, Mr. Hu Kai-chung and Mr. Huang Chunquan, together with a delegation of Hong Kong industry experts, visited Hunan Sany Group. During the visit, we focused on visiting the No. 18 factory of Sany Changsha Industrial Park, Sany Yungu School Project, Sany Zhilian Heavy Truck Industrial Park and Sany Construction Miluo Industrial Park. The delegation of the Hong Kong Construction Industry Council first visited the No. 18 lighthouse factory, and Chairman Ho Ancheng highly praised Sany's unmanned cutting and sorting technology, heavy-duty vertical warehouse storage technology, robot automatic assembly technology, and overweight machine plus automatic loading and unloading technology, which is a highly flexible, high-efficiency and low-cost heavy equipment production system.

In order to fully understand the "159" intelligent construction solution of Sany Construction, the delegation came to visit the Xingsha Yungu Experimental School affiliated to Hunan Normal University, which has been awarded the "Changsha Intelligent Construction Demonstration Project", and the whole process adopts the Zhuxiang cloud platform, based on the platform to realize the online collaborative management of the whole life cycle of the project, related roles and related elements, and fully applies the technology of "cavity wall column + equivalent heterogeneity + mold fixture + in-plane operation". The project also adopts construction robots, intelligent tower cranes, electric excavators, electric road rollers, electric pump trucks, electric muck trucks and other electrified equipment, truly realizing intelligent construction.

At the symposium, everyone actively discussed "building a new ecology of intelligent construction", and conducted in-depth exchanges on Sany's related products, intelligent manufacturing and applications, combined with the needs of domestic and Hong Kong markets.

In the Sany Zhilian Heavy Truck Industrial Park, the delegation visited the Sany Heavy Truck Factory, the whole line of heavy truck products, and advanced electrification technologies such as hydrogen exchange stations and battery swap stations.

In addition, the delegation also went to Sany Construction Miluo Industrial Park for field visits, which is the largest intelligent manufacturing base for professional equipment for construction industrialization in China, as well as a research and development test base for Sany Construction Intelligent Construction Technology, and has an industry-leading cavity component lighthouse factory. In the manufacturing workshop, we visited PC complete sets of equipment, AC complete sets of equipment, steel bar equipment, and complete setsTooling and moldingon-site operations of supporting equipment such as transportation and crushing and recycling.
