【Project Introduction】

Pingshan Station of Dapeng Branch Line of Shenzhen-Huizhou Intercity Railway is a double-island four-line station, with a length of 660 meters, a three-story three-column and four-span structure underground, and a foundation pit depth of about 28.68~30.88m. The total excavation volume of the station is about 900,000 square meters, of which about 400,000 square meters are excavated for stone and 200,000 square meters for concrete. The enclosure structure of the standard section of the station (the width of the station is more than 50m wide) adopts 800mm/1000mm thick underground diaphragm wall. The foundation pit base of the main body of this station is mainly located in the soil-like strongly weathered granite layer, medium weathered granite layer and slightly weathered granite layer.

【Construction Difficulties】

(1) The rock surface at the east end of the station is high, and the guide wall surface is 3.1 meters down into the weathered granite, which is difficult to operate;

(2) The traffic roads in the construction area of the station are complex, and many traffic diversion are required, and the uncertainty factors of the construction period are many and complex, and the construction organization is difficult;

(3) The hardness distribution of rock formation is uneven, and some groove sections have high hardness and solitary stones, and the hardness of rock formation can reach 90~110Mpa.

【Construction Efficiency】

After the equipment enters the site for construction, the milling depth is from 2.53 meters to 2.98 meters at 4:33~5:28AM, and from 2.98 meters to 3.82 meters at 6:49~8:25AM, and the comprehensive construction efficiency can reach 0.5-0.6 meters per hour. Customer feedback that the performance of the equipment exceeded expectations, and was not inferior to the pure imported equipment in the same competition.
