Project Introduction:

The 800 kV UHVDC transmission line project from the upper reaches of the Jinsha River to Hubei ± is the first UHV power grid project in Tibet, which adopts the new technology of UHVDC multi-terminal cascade independently developed by China, with a rated capacity of 8 million kilowatts. At the sending end of the project, two converter stations were built in Qamdo, Tibet, and Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan, respectively, to bring together hydropower and new energy in the upper reaches of the Jinsha River, and the receiving end was to build Daye converter station in Huangshi, Hubei Province, and access to the UHV AC backbone grid in Central China.

The construction site is located between the mountains, the pile is located at the top of the mountain, the road is narrow, the excavator is needed to repair the road, and the transportation is through the "first four and eight back" vehicles, and the general long-distance board truck cannot enter the site due to the length limit.
