Project Introduction:The construction project is located in the mountainous area, a tower pile cap has 4 piles, after the construction is completed, it is necessary to transfer another mountaintop, and the middle needs to be excavated to repair the road in advance, and the transfer time is different, less than one hour, more than 5 hours.

Construction Equipment:Two SR135S

Bored pile diameter:φ1.2m、φ1.4m、φ1.8m、φ2.0m、φ2.2m，

Bored pile depth:5~12m

Construction Geology:Open-pore rocks, sandstone, mudstone, bluestone, shale, rock strength ranging from 10 MPa to 40 MPa

Construction drill pipe:Standard φ351×4×10 machine lock drill pipe

Construction Drill Bucket:Pick barrel drill and pick sand bucket with corresponding pile diameter

Construction Difficulties and Solutions:

(1) Frequent transfer of pile position, equipment movement, large steep slope in Chongqing mountainous area, our 135S equipment can be transported with rods, which can meet the inclination angle when walking;

(2) The opening hole into the rock, the rock strength is high, and the pick barrel is used to drill into the rock, and the large-diameter pile hole is drilled by grading and reaming.

Construction Efficiency:1.0~2.6h into a hole, the fastest hole takes 45 minutes

Construction Fuel Consumption:Due to the large number of rocks on the construction site, the engine is mostly in the H gear, and the monthly fuel consumption is 12.6~15.3L/h
