Project Introduction:The construction project is located in Shilongqiao, Guanjiazui Town, Qidong County, Hengyang City, Hunan Province, about 68km away from the urban area of Hengyang City. The installed capacity of this project is 200MW, and 415,980 pieces of 655Wp monocrystalline silicon bifacial double-glass photovoltaic modules are designed and installed, and the DC side installation capacity is 272MWP. The power station adopts the block power generation and centralized grid connection scheme, and divides the system into 54/1/1/2/1/3/1 a total of 63 photovoltaic power generation units. The photovoltaic field area is connected to the 220kV collection station of the new Qidong base through 5 35kV collector lines.

Construction Geology:The geology is complex, with layers of pure silty clay, as well as sand, pebbles, weathered sandstone and limestone.

Construction difficulties and treatment solutions:

(1) Timely treatment of staggered formations such as silt and backfill layer, excavator removal, secondary backfill of low-grade concrete, excavation and backfill compaction and other technical treatments;

(2) Customize the large-diameter low drill bucket according to the pile diameter, and the height of the 2.0-meter diameter sand bucket cylinder is only 50 cm, which is convenient for slag unloading;

Construction Efficiency:The fastest one and a half hours to make a hole, the slowest hole takes a day
